Episodes 1 & 2 are not very representative of the show. For your first episode, you should watch episode 7, 21, or 25. Those are the best introductory episodes.

Really, if you're not interested in it there's no reason you should have to feel pressured to watch it; you'd only be missing a TV show.

A lot of people started out watching it thinking it was going to suck and ended up liking it, though, and they're not doing it to troll. I don't know why everyone thinks that.

Pretty elaborate troll. Fan sites, fan art, fan fiction, streams, chatrooms, memes, the number 1 page in KYM, mentions on television and radio, and more.

So we'd be talking the most ridiculously elaborate troll ever constructed. It would surpass My Immortal (I think that was it), every Habbo raid, and even that time they made a forum to convince people pokémon existed in an alternative universe.

Anyway, you can't pass real judgement on what we Bronies are thinking until you've watched a fair amount of the show, and maybe sampled some of the fanbase's crazy output.

I mean im sorry but from what i have seen this show is nothing new at all, its just MLP...theres nothing amazing about it.

"Better" is relative; just because you think they're better doesn't mean everyone else thinks the same. As for where the hype came from, someone noticed it and posted about it on 4chan, and it gained a following from there, but not of people who thought it would be a funny way to troll, but people who were surprised by the quality compared to previous incarnations of MLP.

Tell me, why exactly is it so obvious that the fanbase is just one massive troll? Like Aceedwin said, that's an awful lot of work and dedication a ton of people would have to put into pretending they like something when they really don't. If you don't want to watch the show, good for you, but you can't just go around claiming things like this when you clearly have no idea what you're talking about.

well sorry missy, I just cleary don't see what makes this cartoon out shine the rest. so they got the MLP formula right this time, is that all?

there has to be more to it than that, thats what I wan't to figure out, why is this better than the other things out there.

I mean lets take a look

Its better than the past MLP cartoons
But it dos'nt seem to be anything...new, i don't see any...WOW factor to it, thats my argument.

I may seem like im hating the show, well i don't hate it, I just don't get why the big fuss about a cartoon thats no better nor worse tham other good cartoons.

I already said, someone posted it on 4chan and people liked it. Isn't that how anything gets popular on the internet?

And yeah, can you see how, since previous generations of MLP were complete crap and suddenly there's an enjoyable one (not even necessarily OMG BEST SHOW EVAR!!!) people will be interested to see what's so different about it and check it out themselves?

And please, enough of the condescending nicknames already. First "skipper" and now "missy"? What's next? =P

its awfull trust me.

you can't carry your coat around at all or they take it of, they banned skirts compleatly, in pe if you forget you kit or anything has happend you need a note from your parents or tought *bleep* they give you a spear kit, they wer'nt bother about us as students during our GCSE test, they were more botherd about our school getting good grades so they stressed us out more.
one sciance teacher talks REALY fast in a french accent and talks about nothing, and our English teach for no reson what ever gave the class a lecture on how boys balls are natually quite lumpy and need to check for a FIRM lump incase they have...you know...

and the head teacher has no power what ever

oh and half the kids are chaves

AND you always felt like everyone else was...commenting on you...

You should look at my high school.

All the students are white people who pretend there black people. One Science Teacher doesn't give you a lesson on the thingss were learning. You'll have to read them from the book yourself AND answer a twenty question quiz on it. Oh and you only have an hour to do all that, Good *bleep*ing luck. The Justice system is *bleep* poor. One time a kid in my class got in to the fire system in the school causing the fire alarm to go off. His punishment you ask? Suspension for 2 weeks.

The Strong keep picking on the weak. Thus someone needs to protect those who can't themselves. The job fell to me. You can imagine how much i get in trouble for this. But it's worth it to hear those two words from the one you helped.
