And also, Zelda Link's Awakening is already available to download. And Cave Story 3D is going to come out (it was either 8/11 or 11/8).
The original Cave Story is also available for download too.

Yea Shin Megami Tensai Devil Survivor Overcloaked(Which is basically a remake of the Devil Survivor for the DS only there added an extra day and some other things. Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance(Because we gotta milk the series IN 3D!!!) and Tales of the Abyss(Which is a remake to Tales of the Abyss.)

I dunno, it still seems like you're kind of overreacting, and I think it would be stupid to have to write "in my opinion" at the end of every opinion you express. Obviously it's his opinion; there's no need to reclarify that.

I think it's kind of overrated myself; I've played some of the demos and I hate how you have to hold the system just the right way and turn the 3D to just the right level for it to not look blurry. If I bought one I'd probably play with the 3D off most of the time.

Everything starts off as a "gimmick" at some point, then it becomes a want and 'everyone has one'. Take smart phones, Facebook, and HD TV's for example. They all started new and they were gimmicks at one point, because almost everyone didn't have one or the other!

Oh, I don't mind that it's a gimmick, just that I can't get the 3D to look just right and it ends up looking crappy. It's kind of a pain. I don't think 3D is really necessary for me to enjoy the game, sure (in fact it would probably detract from my enjoyment if I didn't have it adjusted right or hold it at the right angle or squint in the right way), but I'm not going to complain about it being a gimmick because of that.

I originally bought the 3DS to dry my hair in the third dimension, but I recently found out it can play games too! Seriously, this thing can do everything!

Everything? I can't imagine that it's anything more than a Smart phone that spins a handheld gaming discipline to the 'next level'. But I'm not interested in getting a Smart phone either.

Hm...seems this thread has taken a turn for the worse.

Anyway, on topic--I'm planning on getting one now that the price went down. The red one looks pretty awesome.

I tried it at a friend's house, and I was actually pretty impressed with the 3D. In my very honest and personal opinion ( =P ), I think it could add a lot of depth to games, both literally and figuratively (Lol, see what I did thar?). Yeah, you have to keep it steady in your field of vision when you're playing, but who doesn't do that anyway?

Also, I didn't know that they were making a Tales game...I was just looking at Tales of the Abyss for the PS2 the other day, now I just might wait and get the remake for the 3DS. Not sure how fun it would be with one player though.
