just got sega all stars today and within the first 10 minutes I fell in love with it. it's like a really well polished mario kart (which I played non-stop as a kid) but with sega character which is way better IMO.

I kinda like ASR a bit more than Mario Kart to honest. It's definitely more polished. The character animations are a really nice touch, and the items aren't as cheap as they are in Mario Kart. (darn Blue shells)

There is a version of the blue shell in SASASR but I forgot what it is...I think it's like a shooting star.
