8-bit songs.
Anybody like songs when there transformed into 8-bit, or 16-bit?
To me, it sounds a lot better than them making the pitch higher.

Re: 8-bit songs.
This is one of many examples of culture starving for less detail, and more quality in the games we play, the food we taste, and in this case, the songs we hear.
Something about 8 bit and 16 bit, it's absolutely amazing. Star Trek: Deep Space Nine: Crossroads of Time for Genesis and SNES had an amazing soundtrack for it's time IMO.
Here's a song called "Glass to the Arson" by Anberlin. A 16-bit remixed version follows.
It actually sounds like it could have been from a Nintendo game in the early 90's.

Re: 8-bit songs.
8-Bit music is made separate, it's not converted. It's similar to how
karaoke music is made; A band, that is not the original band of the song,
plays it the best they could without the lead singer.
And this 8-bit stuff is really hurting my ears.

If I was more into music I just might have a preference here (:)
