Re: Christmas Lists

What I want is a working faucet WITH hot water. And this is, what, the fifth winter? Sixth? I can't remember when I used hot water from that sink...
cold faucet + winter = cold hands

I would like 1600 Microsoft Points, or more, to help me buy [or to fully
pay for] Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnam when it gets released.

It gets released December 21st.

It depends on what game you're playing.  Some games aren't fully compatible with certain software because they like to be a detailed PITA...

Spyro: Shadow Legacy didn't work for a while, and somehow I was able to patch it to get it to work enough.  It doesn't work perfectly (a little sound crackle here and there) but I was able to complete the game 100% within a few days.

Re: Christmas Lists

Okay, I made a concrete list now. Currently, I have it divided into airsoft and computer games:

Airsoft:
CYMA CM030 “Glock Pistol”
Shoulder Holster for pistol
3-Point ICS Sling
Balaclava
Sling Swivel Bipod
Low-profile, fullrange goggles

Games:
Left 4 Dead
Left 4 Dead 2
Killing Floor
Amnesia: The Dark Descent

Other than that, new clothes and my relatives "Christmas money" (my relatives don't seem to care very much).

For machine guns there is a more compact version here. I think that would suit an AEG more considering it would be a lot easier and quicker to set up (I'm getting the larger sized one for a sniper rifle).

Can I see what kind of gun you have?

Re: Christmas Lists

My Bulldog is giving birth on Christmas Day or Boxing Day...how do I know? I'm a breeder, I should know when a puppy's gonna pop out shouldn't I?

But, back on Topic, I don't really ask for Xmas gifts, I give them, they give me them, but I don't ask for them.
Seriously? Okay, a new Playstation Move would be nice, since mine *bleep*ed over the day I got it.

There was no warranty (Last time I buy from Dicksmith!) and I called Sony and all I got was an automated voice thingy, that when on forever, so I gave up, do you think I should place a complaint or something?

Absolutely!  And if you call Sony make them believe that you're interested in buying Kinect.

Re: Christmas Lists

History of "pwn," "pwned," or "pwnage:"

http://www.tg007.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=6231

Originally dates back to the days of WarCraft, when
a map designer mispelled "Own" as "Pwn". What
was originally supose to be "player has been
*owned." was "player has been pwned".

In short, you are illiterate if you use any slang terminology
relating to "pwn."

So if someone types the word "pwn", then they are unable to read or write in the basic sense? I mean, that's what illiterate literally means. Does that mean that using any slang means you can't read or write at all? I think that's pretty harsh just because a guy typed a P instead of an O (which are right next to each other on the keyboard).

Stop being so literal. It's rude and pretty annoying.
