To MAKE a Spyro game it takes ALOT of time, patience, skill, company, team, voices, program, money, sound materials, graphic designers etc.
That's why, the companies that work together are both creditted for publishing and creating these games; e.g. Sierra company and Activision.
So in other words, no man ALONE would make a Spyro game by himself.
But I guess it's possible to hack the game; edit maps, animations, textures, storyboards and manipulations to your own story.
Well, that takes alot of creativity too.
But if you are talking about a flash game, then I do not know. I guess you might look around at the internet for tutorials. I'm just sayin'.
