ideas for a story.

what are some ideas for a dragon story staring me malik the dragon, who's mother left him for a meeting in this different isle and he leaves his fathers house when he is about 1600 yrs i guess and he meets with his freinds: khalil, eileen, maero, mei, and about two others who are twins but have different looks- i mean, they are brothers but have different colors (not sure what but will work on it). any suggestions or ideas for this story is okay but the only thing that must stay is the title: The Adventures Of Malik The Dragon.

ps. his moom is named sylvia and his fathers name is wolfe (because of his teeth and his leadership skills). and this was supposed to be some dragon sorcerer thing from the old spyro series but it can be something different though. if its something with spyro though it must still focus on me since that's the title. if the title and characters dont sound good then tell me why and what are your ideas. THX!! wink

It all sounded great to me until I read the word "sorcerer."

I hate when magic and other non-real related things are combined with dragons.
But it's your story, do as you please.

well, not really, i mean it doesn't have to be sorcerers. just as long its about a dragon and it sticks, then its okay wink what ever you think the story needs is fine by me just needs to be all about dragons (at least maybe one or two people) and the title must stay the same. thank you!

good just dont have something with dead dragons, remember im super sensitive about them! except when one tries to kill you then fine, kill it but not with so much detail, stabbing is a big no! i have nightmares seeing dragons getting stabbed and i start to have insomnia if it keeps happening. so freaking serious that i woke up one time to find myself naked, holding a spoon and a small glass top for a pan. :-[ it stopped though when my mom saw me and yelled.

wait is that a dragon i saw flying across my screen:? never mind its spyro. *whew!* big_smile

@Malik: Just continue working on you're story. Remember, the best tools to a writer are planning and foreshadowing.

The most common reasons for dragon-slaying are probably money, religion, or tradition.

Money - Maybe dragonskins are worth alot?
Religion - Perhaps their religion believes that dragons are evil?
Tradition - Could be tradition to kill a dragon for some reason? Like an annual hunt or a coming of age?

My family never read the Eragon book, but they said that it was probably one of the best movies they've seen.

I guess by itself it is a good movie, but considering it was based on a book? I would have to say they should try again...

oh is see, well i did not notice that sorry. its just that i got a little off there and it wont happen again. but what about my story?i got this one story idea but i never got think it out, can you guys make a story out of this?

there once was a dragon who lived in a cave and had two dragons that love him very much until one day an evil clouded the skies and possesed every dragon on the isle except the loving family that had a special power to overthrow the evil dragon years ago but it only sealed it to where its soul could still run free and their son malik is the only one that can save them with the power of the sorcerer's in his vein. and something, something, da, da, da......

i don't know it still needs work but i really am open up to suggestions. i realllly miss ember, the cute pink dragon, fom the and i wanted to put her in my story but thats up to the people who made her.

they KNOW there evil take sait george and the dragon. it Started killing farmers Flock then moved onto Woman of the town. and once the women of the town were gone, it would have been assured to destroy the children and men.

therefor they killed dragons because they KNOW there "Evil" and its a case of who dears lives.
