what songs you think spyro would listen to?

what songs would be a perfect TLOS soundtrack? i love coldplay (clocks is the best i ever heard so far on my rhapsody account!) and the Plain White T's along with some orchestral music. please share your thoughts, any kind is welcome!

i've seen the movie but i wonder what its like if they actually did listen to music of our style, you know 21st century, kinda. besides i like making my own music too with my accoustic guitar (no bass) and i like coldplays use of instruments in a symphonish kinda way. but what i really mean was what would be a good soundtrack for the games. spyro besides what would you think if you saw what-hold on you did see the ending from the last TLOS series did you?

I am gonna change the post soon though so it could make some sense but, you know, what else should i name it? 'cause i'm still trying to find out how it would look about talking what soundtrack a spyro game should have, even though it does seem wierd. any suggestions? :s

i...don't know-what to do here but i'm-you know i'm just ganna take this post down and reevise, what i just said, 'cause i'm talking about making a soundtrack for the spyro series, but i'm just gonna tear this down and say "what's your favourite song instead.

I highly doubt he would listen to Nickelback. I thought people were just hating on them, until I heard them on the radio.

"All The Seasons Of Madness" by How Like A Winter.

That is really good video editting. I like Spyro, and I like that style of music, but I don't think it fits well with TLoS other music.

I think of songs like "Never Alone" by BarlowGirl to match well. It has the same feel that Kneubuhl/Mann's "This Broken Soul" and "Guide You Home (I Would Die for You)"--a pop rock sound that tries to balance buzz-worthy music with hard rock. The lyrics to "Never Alone" are easily matched with Spyro's relationship with Ignitus and could easily be used to illustratrate Spyro's grief of Ignitus' death and chronocler time.

I've mentioned this song before. YouTube it.

I think a nice acoustic instrumental would be nice for the beginning of a
Spyro game. For mid-game stuff, I'd choose this song:

one of the Spyro levels:

as for it fitting with the other music... a lot of things mentioned here don't have a sound that fits that well =P the song i listed fits because of the lyrics. the TLOS music involves a lot of atmosphere and choirs, and it's hard to find music that sounds like that and also deals with concepts from TLOS.

"You Get What You Give" by the New Radicals is a good end theme song. This song is very uplifting, a little different the Spyro songs. I listen to this when I'm sad because it does a good job making me feel better. It doesn't match perfectly with the LoS story but parts the lyrics can relate:
