Also Being a asshat doesn't quite work in Fable for me...respawning guards bah.

They respawn after you kill them? Well that sucks. Kinda reminds me of Daggerfall, you kill someone and them an endless wave of guards comes over to you and they either arrest you or kill you, depending if you surrender or not.

No, they're too busy trying to avoid getting killed by Darkspawn and try and end the Blight to care about laws. And you can't go around killing innocent people, the worst you could do is offend them by insulting them. Believe me that game is hard enough, give it laws and it will be near impossible.

I've always been into real life games, meaning games that are modern or
from past times, with everything being something that currently exists
[such as an M16 assault rifle instead of a 'SuperPlasmaBeamGun'] or
existed previously [Dragons did in fact exist. There is both historical and
scientific evidence. And a lot of it, too]. My only exceptions are the Halo
games. And I am looking forward to playing Halo: Reach along with
Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnam.

I just want to add in a little fact: Back before the 1800s, dragons existed.
In fact, the word "dinosaur" was invented in the early 1800s. So there
were in fact dragons in the past, and there is even historical evidence
showing the existence of fire breathing dragons. I won't reply to any
arguments or other posts regarding this. Plus, it would lead this thread off
topic, which I may have already done.
