Yes it is, it has games! PC CD roms!

Actually a console is only designed for games, a PC has many uses. Look it up, a PC is a PC, a PS3/Xbox360/Wii are consoles.

guys, here are the facts from an objective point of view, as I myself hate both consoles.
PS3: better graphics due to HDMI cable. known to have software difficulties. most famous games: Call of Duty, God of War. online is free, but due to wireless it lags often.
XBOX360: uses a bit less energy than the PS3 when left on, known for hardware problems. (if sony and microsoft had united, it would have been THE home console). online is not free, but due to this it's quality is better. most famous games: Halo, Call of Duty.
so if you want good graphics at the cost of energy waste, or if you don't want to pay for online, choose ps3.
if you want to have a great online experience at the cost of having trouble with hardware and paying for it, choose xbox360.
(did not compare graphics at last part since it IS debatable).

yes, agreed. EXCEPT that pc doesn't have a controller incorporated, which i personally find a nuisance. i mean, i know some people like playin on the keyboeard for mmorpgs because of the quick keys and such, but i find it too complicated.
also the quick speed part, it's not always like that. many people have weak pcs.

Yes, but you can get controllers for your PC. There is one shaped like a 360 controller that has cooling jets on the grips. I got a powerful PC for around £300-600.

4) No. The PS2/1 memory card slots were removed and the components were removed, even if you update it(which takes forever and one year) you still can't play your old PS2/1 games.

A simple plug in memory card thing will sort that out.

and the ps1/2 are still selling realy well. theres not mutch point in stopping them saels for the epicly cool PS3 owner. That and you still have your ps2? there DIRT cheap now. also with the way things are going theres no point in playing PS2 games well i don't need to anyway.
