I should, but I don't. I still stay in pretty good shape, though.

I do weight-training with my dad every other day. It's fun big_smile

Re: Weight lifting (or exercising in general)

What is this 'working out' you speak of? Never heard of it.

I think as long as you eat well, then it doesn't matter how strong you are.

Re: Weight lifting (or exercising in general)

Well I don't 'work out', but I do walk a lot. I walk almost everywhere I go, so that's kept me slim.

Stoped working out about 3 months ago.  My school work is keepin me too busy.
But school is ending in 1 week so Ill be back to it by then.
Back when I did lift weights I did it about 3 times a week.

Re: Weight lifting (or exercising in general)

I find that much of my time these days is spent outside jogging/running/sprinting. It's a nice way to release energy.

Re: Weight lifting (or exercising in general)

HAHAH I went jogging about a week ago bacause they signed me up for track at school for field day.

I went 50 feet and I was about to collapse on the sidewalk.  My heart was pumping like crazy and then I drank 2 bottles of water.

Working out isn't just to make you strong, you know. Eating well and exercising go really good together. Usually the people that say they don't need to lift weights are the ones who suck at it.

Re: Weight lifting (or exercising in general)

Mine kinda depends.
Today's was 30 seconds of planks for both, right, and left arm. Then some thing where you pull a bar down towards your chest, not sure what its called. Weight lifting, usually 20. Crunches, pull ups and push ups, then finish with 16 killers and treadmill for 10 minutes. I was gonna kick a soccer ball around to help my legs, but I couldn't.

The only every day thing is the 6-10 mile bike ride to and from school. I hate hills....

Re: Weight lifting (or exercising in general)

The only exercise I get is my half an hour walk to school, and my horse riding lessons.
