I "recently" really started listening to them and realised how awesome they are..

I've never been that into metallica

from ages 5-9 I was really into the 80's glam metal and I'd always watch metal mania and I remember I'd always get really bored when they came on

they're alright I guess...

My interest in Metallica has fluxuated over the years, I liked them alot when I first listened to their Black Album (Enter Sandman, etc), but they kinda...grew old. I listened to them too much, and I started listening to more modern bands where the instruments weren't so quiet, like Megadeth (who's new album has gone back to their Thrash metal roots). Megadeth's lead singer and guitarist is the ex-guitarist for Metallica before their 1st album Kill 'em All. Still, I do like them, especially their song The Unforgiven (Original, not II or III)

They used to be good back then but now they sound too much like Nu-metal...:/

I heard their doing a Concert in Australia, Not really into them but i like some of their songs.

Metallica's okay. i don't own any CD's or anything, but when they're on SIRIUS i'll listen to it / turn the volume up really loud.

they're good, but not my favorite.

My brother is obsessed with them. I like them a lot, they're one of the bands that got me into metal

My first song from them was "Enter Sandman", because my mum was playing it a lot of times on the CD player.

Oh cool. My dad wanted to get tickets for Metallica because they are doing a tour in Australia at the moment, he wanted to get the tickets for me and him cause we both love Metal.
But then he found out the tickets were sold out, then he got upset. Lol, I wasn't really disappointed because I wasn't into them anyway. C:

Haha, that sucks. My brother would've been really upset. For all the Dio fans out there, Ronnie James Dio passed away on the 16 of May.

That was Cliff Burton. Ronnie James Dio was the second vocalist for Black Sabbath and he made The Horns famous.
