My thoughts on the new doctor who

FAIL!!!
First off Matt Smith's unattractive
His companion looks 12
They screwed the theme
The newer Daleks are so-so
The only things i'm waiting to see on tv are how they did vamps and the weeping angels.
Other than that BBC has lost a Doctor who fan- and most likely many others too.

Matt Smith's alright, but the theme feels unnatural. What was wrong with the old one? I weeped inside when the new "Ipod daleks" emerged. Honestly, can anyone not see that that's just a commercial thing to get you to buy five daleks. The British daleks I liked, but there ugly ones, they're fat, they're ugly, and their eyes look stupid.

The vampires were alright, but when it came to the big reveal of their actual form, there was absolutely no fear whatsoever. They mucked up the weeping angels because there wasn't the sense of urgency. The characters frequently looked away, and the angels didn't even move. It was ridiculous.

I'll still watch it, but I'll be a nit-picker for a while until they pull out a good one, like they always do on the second double.

Amy Pond is an awesome companion that doesn't looks like crap and doesn't just scream and cry like an idiot
The new Daleks are and omage to the old 60's movie Daleks and I love them. Seriouly the GOLD get old after 4 years....
Moffat is a better writter than RTD could ever even dream of being

His companion is a babe, Amy pond FTFW!!!
The theam darker i like it.
The daleks are more retro but i preferd RTD's vertions better.
The vamp episode was good and the weeping angle one was brill.

I jujst can't stand the David Tennant fangirls on Yt that claim to be full on Dr who fans but refuse to give matt smith a chance and have absolutly no idear on the 9th doctor. Its just prooth they only watched it to drool over him ((Not that im not guilty of that XD))

I lost interest in Doctor Who halfway through the series with David Tennant.
The only new episodes I've watched are the Daleks and the Angels.

I liked Dt but i think the fan girls hyped him up far to mutch and the whole Doctor and Rose has been milked to death and they STILL wan't her to come back and crap.

The shows called Doctor who not David tennant.

But i sort of was getting a bit bord during series 4 but the finalie dragged me back in XD I absolutly frikin' LOVED Turn Left And Dalek Caan

I still like the series, but its so much to take.
I DO however LOVE the weeping angels, I watched part one yesterday, its a two parter, and I HATE those.

What? The angels were rubbish this time around. There was no sense that they could kill you. I wanted the soldiers to blink and to be face to face with one of those buggers, and then start shooting it in panic. The angels we had just stood around watching, not actually doing anything. Seriously, at that point in the forest, the angels didn't do a thing. They just stood around watching, looking downright boring. And the idea that they assumed Amy was seeing them is ridiculous. If they can tell when you're blinking, they can tell when you're not looking at all. So the angels went from more deadly than the daleks to some idiots that weren't sure if they were actually trying to kill people. And we saw one move! The point is that the angel is just a disguise, not them in actuality. Part of the brilliance of the angels was that they were so mysterious. You didn't know what they were.

So far, the series has been crippled by awful villains. The British daleks looked pretty cool actually, and maybe that shapeshifter was pretty good. But every other villain so far has been incredibly unimpressive. The writers are pretty rubbish at the moment as well.

I meant the weeping angels from season 3 are the ones I like. I agree that they ruined the image of the weeping angels. I Like them as an enemy, but The Time of Angels episode kinda did ruin them.=(

No, not by a long shot. Sylvester McCoy is the ultimate doctor. With John Perwee and Tom Baker behind him.

Hell Eccleston was miles better than Tennant.

Matt Smith is a fine doctor. He's the best New Who doctor, and is slowly becoming one of my favorite Doctors of all time right up there with the big boys I listed...

We totally need a new Master that doesn't suck *bleep*!

Thought I do love the new Dalek designs. Also you have to agreee that the writing is light years ahead of RTD's writing.

Tom baker is a classic and no one can beat him, David Tennant was also awesome..But aside from these other doctors i say Matt smith is quite Alright....

He has a hyper excitement he has about him whenever dangers wears it's head.

Also since when did Weeping angels kill victims?

Them on earth were scavingers and like Daleks on the parting of the ways could not stood down the tardis because they were scavingers then BUT on Jorneys end the tardis to them was just wood...I assume its the same for the angels because they were an army at that time so killing there victems brutally was more efective than sending then back in time to live to death

I haven't watched any 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and 8 Doctor Who's so yeah...

Doctor Who is a British science ficiton series that started in the 1963 about an alien that referes to himself as "The Doctor", a Time Lord and his comapnions who travel in his space ship called The T.A.R.D.I.S.(Time And Relative Dimensions In Space) that looks like an old police box because the camouflage mechanisam got broken at some point.

I like the fact its new and stuff...but i miss the refrences XD You know like say

I know I spazzed about David Tennant, I just like him. Im not actually crazy and obsessed with him. I just thought he was funny and played dramatic seens well. I agree that Christopher Eccleston was a good doctor, and Matt Smith isn't that bad, but the series has changed since Matt came on, and it has obviously effected people in different ways. But i think we can all agree, we LOVE the weeping angels as an enemy, and this season has pretty much ruined them.=(

By the way, no offense, but If you don't know what Doctor who is, you shouldn't post on this subject. Look it up and watch it if it interests you. Im just saying we don't need to waist time explaining something to people when they could find accurate, non bias facts about it somewhere else. I know this might sound mean, but Im not trying to be mean. Sorry.
