bigger avatars

i think it would be good if the avatars were allowed to be something like max 200x200 instead of only 110x110 coz theres not that much pics that are that size and it would be good if they could hold more KB. also it would be good if you post photos as avatars or signatures dont u think?

Re: bigger avatars

Simply put, no.

Go resize your images and compress them if necessary.

Ž · From what I can remember, you can do that... as long as you put in a URL image instead of an image directly uploaded from your computer. One reason why it won't be that big is because it might really just take up a lot of space.

Re: bigger avatars

Banner size is fair, but I would like the avatars 150X150.

Re: bigger avatars

It just won't happen. Trust me. An additional 40x40 pixel count is actually quite large.

Re: bigger avatars

I think the size limit should be as big as yours Zekira.

Re: bigger avatars

Eh? That's an estimated 150x150. Well, it actually depends on what... what should I say, 'the admin' wants. If he feels that it will really take up some space, he won't change it.

Re: bigger avatars

Great reply, spyrorocks! lmao

Nah, the avatars are fine. Just make them smaller. But so far, every one of my avatars have already been okay for the site.

Re: bigger avatars

If you ever need an image resized, ask on the forums, we've got a great picture/art group here.

Re: bigger avatars

Agreed that size is fair.

Also, for signatures they should be not too overly large that is stretches the forum out Horizontally or Vertically

Great average size for one is about.
400 x 150

Little larger or smaller each direction is ok,
