Re: Do you exercise?

I play ant sport that happens to be played at the time, except I suck a soccer and badmitten, and don't even ask me what cricket is. I hate baseball [it takes way to long] and tenis. B-Ball is my thing, along with Football, hay, if you ever knock a guy out for 5 minets in school then you go to the pokey, but if you do it in football coach smacks your butt and says "good job" and football isn't gay in any way [dispite the fact that it's getting a long ball to the other end and guys only only job is to hop on other guys....]

Re: Do you exercise?

Does anyone here think that it's odd for a girl to exercise regularly? I mean, I'm not obsessed or anything and I don't train with weights, but I am one of the very few girls who can do push ups. My whole gym class couldn't do one push up. It was pretty pathetic.

But, yeah, I'm only 13 and Mondays I do push ups, today (being Tuesday) I do crunches, and on Wednesday I work on my legs. I'm not disgustingly muscular and I've never dieted, but I am definitely not the 1 out of the 3 Americans who are fat. O.o

I wish I had DDR, though. Exercising would be much easier and I love dancing.

Current weight: 92lbs.. I'm also very small for my age. x3

Re: Do you exercise?

I don't think it's weird for a girl to workout. I would prefer my girls in shape rather than obese.
As for me, I'm actually in perfect shape for my height and age. Honestly, I don't work out much, but I do perform in numerous sports, especially soccer big_smile! One "sport" that many would think is pretty dumb, actually helps a lot: marching band. Yeah yeah, sounds nerdy and whatnot, but to be in marching band you have to be in extremely good shape. Also, people carry instruments up to 60+ lbs for long periods of time. MUCH harder than you think. Luckily, I play trumpet, so I have it easy.
How tough are these practices really? We had straight practices for 5 days, 12 hours each day. I lost 15 lbs in 5 days.
So before anyone starts saying how dumb and nerdy marching band is.. Rethink that :-P. Also, most people in it have abs!
And I think I have some of the best looking calf muscles! Lol.

Re: Do you exercise?

I run laps around my house every day, and just so you know, my house has three floors.

I never thought marching band was nerdy at all. I love marching bands, especially in parades. They're like my favorite part... other than the humongous balloons of course! xD

And I never thought of the weight of the intstruments! Sounds pretty hard, actually, especially to me because I am very bad with stamina.. O.o But it sounds like a great workout! ^_^

And thanks for the reasurring, too, Spyro_Loves_Me!
