Re: About You
My favorite bands are Three Days Grace, Nickelback, U2, Greenday, Slipknot, Guns N’ Roses, Creed, Metallica, Simple Plan, Drowning Pool, Dragonforce, Van Halen, and Linkin Park. Some other of my favorite music groups and artists are Tokio Hotel, PitBull, Jason Derulo, Rihanna, Jay Sean, I-Yaz, Sean Kingston, Anjunabeats, Black Eyed Peas, 009 Sound System, Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean, Trace Adkins, and many more.
I like Nickelback, Guns and Roses, Metallica, Dragonforce and some SlipKnot. I don't really like their material from Vol 3: The Subliminal Verses. Also if you want a good program to write tabs then get Guitar Pro 5, I use it and it's quite good the only problem I have with it currently is trying to find the correct distortion settings and there are no 8 string guitars

Re: About You
Well, I don't use CD's anymore, I just download songs from various sites. I have a few songs, like "Savin' Me", "Someday", "Somethin in Your Mouth","Burn It To the Ground","Never Gonna Be Alone","Gotta Be Somebody", and "If Everyone Cared". the albums are Dark Horse, All The Right Reasons, and The Long Road.

Hmm...I'll attempt to count how many I've been to...gosh that's hard, an estimate of about 30-35, I can't do it in my head and I don't feel like writing each one down...

Re: About You
My name is Nathaniel, I love anything that has to do with dragons but not if it's about killing them just all the good stuff. I love to write stories and poems (mainly love poems) I'm getting into Hip-Hop dance classes but in order for me to do that I have to learn how to do all kinds of flips so I'm taking Tumbling classes. I'm ready for anything the world has to through at me, I'm a very loveing person I can't stand to see people in pain and when I do I always ask whats wrong or something like that I'm trustworthy to anyone. I'm very fun to hang out with whenever were all into something but when nothing going on I'm extremly quit I don't know why, I want to say something but I can never get it out unless it's important.I love playing Spyro and Cynder the two wonders of the world and call of duty were the military takes control.

I'm posting all my poems and stories on here.

Re: About You
@Apoc
now THAT'S a tough one...I've had fun at most all the shows I've been to...except for maybe 3 or four...
Well at my first Aiden show I went with my cousin and that's one of my favorites;; we got to meet Angel, one of the guitarists, and he was super nice (we've talked to him a million times at other shows after this one too :'D)
And the my 2nd Aiden show, when he and the bassist gave me their own personalized guitar picks. It was also my first time at my favorite venue ever.
my third Aiden show (once again yes C; ), was at the Bumbershoot festival, and I was front and center against the barrier with people crowdsurfing and flying over me, direct eyecontact with all the band buddies and all that
Then there was Ludo, I was sick but we went anyways coz we LOVE ludo and I was in the front for that, and during a little lecture break one of the guitarists was tumbling around and I grabbed him from where I was and was all like "YOU GOT ANY WATER I THINK I'MMA THROW UP D:"
Then there was Deck the Hall Ball '08, we won free passes off the radio and got backstage passes and got to watch acoustic sessions with Shiny Toy Guns and the Cold War Kids, along with meeting all of them. That was pretty awesome
There was my first William Control show a few days after the one listed above, and at long last I finally got to meet Will Francis, and that was also one of my best nights ever because he has always been one of the most inspiring to me
I saw WC again a few months after and I was down in the pit, and everyone was jumping in sync. It was amazing. All the lights were off and I see flashing of cameras against the stage and he's got this crazy madman look in his eyes and he's jumping off the stage onto all the people...it was crazy. I think I might be mixing up these two WC shows together but oh well.
Then was my second Alesana show, I had an awesome view and this time they were headlining, so they got to play a lot longer..I remember we had to sit through 4 bands first and we ran into one of my myspace friends in the bathroom :'D I got to meet Shawn Milke after the show too, he's awesome C;
I saw Eye Alaska twice in June and met them all a couple times, they're pretty awesome and I love their performances so that was cool too
Then I went to Warped '09, now THAT was crazy. I mainly went to see Aiden, and when they played they're like "EVERYONE JUMP AND PARTY OVER THE BARRIER" so I was squished between people and right against the stage, there were people behind me against the barrier and TONS of people on the other side where everyone SHOULD be, moshing like crazy and had my hand on the stage and william accidentally stepped on me XDD That was a crazy show
I saw Me VS Myself two times after that and they're all nice and perform well, they're one of the bands that sounds better live than they do in recordings...
now we zoom from last fall to this February (I went to shows in between but they weren't exactly enjoyable and favorites), for my birthday we traveled to Portland Oregon to see Dashboard Confessional, and I was almost in the very front for that and everyone's singing every word, the singer doesn't even have to sing because the crowd is doing it so perfectly. Then we met most of them afterwards.
A couple days after on the same weekend I saw MvM a third time and for a little birthday present I got the vocalist's favorite guitar pick C';
Now we're in March and I saw Alesana a third time a week or two ago and Mr Smooth voice was quite the entertainer;; while I was on the ledge in the back we had eye contact and he was pointing at me for like thirty seconds lmao XDD then dennis, the "screamer" in the band looked at me for a few seconds too with crazy axeman eyes xD
EDIT: I can't believe I totally forgot this one! It was a few weeks ago, my 8th Aiden show. There was this soccer mom that got all in my face when I shoved her daughters during one of the opening bands. Her girls were shoving everyone and NO ONE ELSE was shoving so it was annoying everyone and there was a guy with crutches and his girlfriend just resting against the stage and they're pushing him, so I start pushing back because if that's what they're gonna do, that's what they're gonna get, so I pushed them and the mom turns me around and screams "YOU KNOCK IT OFF!!!" but later she hassled someone else and got kicked out of the venue. It was great. C':
Then when Aiden came on everyone went craaaaazy and I had so much fun, they played songs off of Conviction for the first time in OVER A YEAR, and they played one of my favorites so I was really happy. Then later on afterwards we got to talk to william again and we bothered him for a photo and I got a kiss on my hoodie C; then I got a photo with angel and his girlfriend too, she seems pretty cool
that covers up my FAVORITES, but there are tons more
And I guess that you guys can learn a little something "about me" from all that ^^^^^

Re: About You
@Aicebo: I got to meet Dennis Stratton after his show. And I saw Nickelback so those are all the shows I've seen lol. I need to get out more, I literally live up the road from a nightclub that has live metal/rock/darkwave/punk, ect bands. Although I'm underage(bugger).
How nervous were you when you met Angel?

Re: About You
aaaah I can barely remember but I remember that my cousin and I were pretty speechless because that was actually his first show and it was I think my 4th show ever...and I'd only ever met a couple people from bands when I was 8 and I was 10 when I was at this show, I remember he was asking US questions C'; coz usually it's the fans asking all about the people but it was the total opposite, and he signed our merch for us and it's one of my favorite signed pieces that I own because it was one of my first...I had a couple from the show I went to when I was 8 but other than that it was the first signed thing I actually remember WATCHED being signed...<3 that was a really special night, and it was the only aiden show I went to with their 3rd guitarist, whom they kicked out and they became a 4 piece for all the rest.

Sounds cool. I would've been VERY nervous, in fact I was when I was told I could meet Dennis before and after the show.

Do you happen to have a last.fm?
If you don't know what it is it's an app that you download and it tracks what you listen to, it's oddly fun.

Re: About You
Hi, *Insert name here*.
I am a Cryptozoologist. I am not religous. I like to find the scientific answer to everything. I know alot about Cosmology and am minorly helpful with Automobile repair.
In Summer, I am useless and spend alot of my time reasearching. In winter, I head to Ruapahu for as long as possible, take some mates with me, and do some Snocross on a track somewhere or if we get there early...make our own track....even though this results in occainsinal injuries. (And not nice ones, either) Also, I consider Winter my break. And put my work on hold to as late as Winter can get.
My mose painfull incident with the Snowmobiles was deciding I could go up a frozen ramp as fast I could go, the result was not pretty, broken in two places in my leg and a broken arm, it hurt like hell and even got a lesson about safety while Snocrossing from Hospital. *bleep*, that was annoying. They treated me like *bleep* for the whole stay. *bleep* it, I was wearing all the right gear it was a freak accident.
So, I thought, *bleep* 'em and enjoy my time at Ruapahu.
My favourite type of video games are First person shooters, fantasy and well almost all games. I consider the best Video game series of all time would be....hmmmmmmm.....I come back to that.
I have Aspergers Syndrome. I really hate arogant people, and I have a few stories about that, one of my favourites included someone who was arrogant when I went to school, and they wanted help on some Cryptozoological thing they were doing. Not a chance in hell they were getting any help from me.
I geuss that's all I want to disclose about myself.
