Another really Sad thing Happend to my Family today

My Big Bros Bird Past away today we had him for 2 years
his name was Oscar he was green he loved to sing and he loved his bell Hahaha He would Play with it all and ever day he was a really good Bird :'( sad

Hey this is a rough time for us first our cat now this that just was not verry nice sad
and he died of sickness thank you very much :'(

My foot long pleco died of a sickness I could have cured him of if I caught it sooner. Point?

One of my canaries died last week, this is the second mate that the male canary I have has lost in four months and my Nanna is going to die over the next 24 hours, literally.

True, we're being a little harsh. But you don't have to post a topic for every little bad thing that happens to get people to talk to you. We can offer words of encouragement and it'll help you get it off of your chest but we are just people on the internet; we won't lose sleep over you and most of us won't care. If you're upset, talk to your family members. You could have just posted the news in your old thread and people would have seen it and offered their condolences there instead.
By posting loads of topics it makes you look needy. I do understand why you posted; I have more than a dozen birds and I am attached to them all, especially the tame ones which are inside the house and not in the aviary. I have lost many of them over the years so I can tell you first hand that life goes on; you can get another cat or another bird, they won't replace them, but they fill in the space.

It makes you look needy, I never said you actually were; there's being mean and there's being frank and honest.

The space left behind will fill up. Whether it's time or another pet that does it, it doesn't matter.

Here we are anonymous.
Here we really could care less if another lifeform dies.
Here we are behind a screen and it is not like we can say those events are real.
Here we are "rude" sounding because we have had years on the internet and know what to expect.
Here text is text, there is no tone to text, I mean how can you say something sarcasticily without it looking like a fact? We can colourcode it or say it is sarcasm, but there is no automatically telling wether or not it is sarcasm.
Here we have more experience with life and I certainly personally do not even shed a tear if a beloved one dies.

So really, a 11 year old posting threads about this animal dying and that animal dying are not really gonna touch anyone. (Except other 11 year olds). But definately not the majority of those of us who are 14 +.

You are sort of flooding this section with topics, to be honest. I wouldn't mind if they were interesting topics with good substance, but the majority of them are either personal issues, which aren't very interesting because people don't know you, or Character vs. Other Character topics, which... just aren't very interesting. I haven't said anything about it before now because I know you're new and still getting used to the way forums work, but it sounds like it's starting to get to the point where it's annoying some people.

I'm not telling you to stop making topics, and I'm not going to lock any of your topics. I just suggest that you try to make your topics so that they're something other people can respond to and care about.

Now that I think about it, all the vs. threads probably fit better in SPAM/Forum Games....
