Has this ever happened to anybody in Spyro: EtD?

Well, I don't know if it's just me or everybody.  In Cloud 9 in Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly, the beginning of the level's framerate drops dramatically! It literally skips over about 100 frames (Note: The game has about 50 FPS!) It's only in Cloud 9, I don't know why it's happening in this level.'

As to why I put this in the "Spyro Chat" section, it's because I doubt it would get any attention in the Enter the Dragonfly section. Hey, it says "Spyro Chat:   Chat about anything Spyro related." =P

It's just a really glitchy game. That's the only reason I could think of for why it would do that
