No, we know plenty about the physical realm of existence. But that doesn't mean it's real. What is real? If you mean what you can touch, taste or feel, then you are sadly mistaken. All of those things, are merely chemical and electrical signals in the brain. Theres no guarantee that things are real just because we can touch them. I'm not surrendering to ignorance.
