no offence man but iv ben to AC befor XD and further confusion theres not much dif aslong as you behave in the main areas yur safe but behind closed door things are unmonitered and all the animalistic desires unleashed if your straigh i sugest bringing a friend to hang with if not your hit on the entire night O.O at least that happened to me T-Ti didnt wona go in to the bed rooms but my friend brough his Xbox 360 and we played halo XD a few other furs joined us ^^ it was cool hard as hell to play in my fursuit O.O but still fun

Honestly though, what is normal?? How can one person answer that? I mean, the universe is huge, we know nothing about it really. We don't know how other people think. Sometimes I wish I could not only read people(I find it sooo easy) But to gaze into another's mind. Then we could really understand one another. Oh the mind is weird thing.

There is no such thing as normal. Everyone is strange in there on unique way. Normal is a word created by people who want to fit in with the majority of people in the world. Then there are those who reject normal (like me) and spend there life trying to stay away from anything that conforms to common interest.

Whats the worst is when people think that they are being different, but in their conquest to be different they end up being all the same. I call the masses, guppies. Reason being, they are all the same. They reject their differences in childhood because they aren't perceived as normal by the populous. Man, its sickening. I have always held on to who I'am. I will never renounce my differences.

I think SR used to have his age listed... then again, maybe that's just my imagination. Also, please don't tell me the joke was that high above your head. Gay guys(or at least most of them) don't go around touching random styrangers like that, it's a furry stereotype(whether or not it's representative of all furries I don't know or particularly care, bottom line is, people associate that aspect of furries with the subculture). Come on man. Gay tips 101? Really?

In all honesty I think DarkFury is overreacting just in the way that furries are stereotyped anyhow. Should I be surprised.

About SR's age: yes, he used to list it. Last time it was up, he was 14, and that was probably two years ago or so.

The stereotype that all furs are gay or bisexual does hold some water.
Surverys have been conducted and there is a larger percentage of homosexuals in the fandom then there are in the general public. However, not all furs are gay. In fact, the majority are straight. One theory as to why there are a higher percentage of gays and bisexuals is that one of the founders of the fandom, Mark Merlino, activly recruited homosexuals and bisexuals into the fandom.

"The mods" don't do anything collectively; we're individual people you know. tongue I have my age listed, and I'm pretty sure RDX has his too.
If you must know, there was an incident last year that caused some of the staff to take personal information off their profiles for a while. I think we all had our ages listed until that happened.

Anyway. Nearly all of the furries I know do happen to be gay or bisexual. I'm pretty sure most of them don't fit the stereotype in that image, though.
It kind of goes back to what I was saying before about the negative stereotypes.

Honestly I don't much care. I was just pointing out something that I've noticed through the years. That mods and admins remain more unknown then users usually are.

BLAH! Once again this thread has almost gone off topic XD. Yeah, I'd say the reason that there is a high density of homosexuals etc in the fandom is for psychological reasons. I could explain further if you like, but it would be a biggggggg post. And I would get caught up in my psychological jargon and bore you all to death. If you want my explanation feel free to ask. I just get iffy when I post something long and technical, out of fear that it will be contradictory to one individual or another. Honestly I don't care but, whatever. Ask away if you please.

I think Im going to look up some decent drawing lessons online, ya know? Get some help. I feel like a fool, being able to write without bounds but I'm only so good at drawing. Its annoying. XP
