all hip hop rap blues...every bloody country song and many many more but if any of my family lerned how much i hate country id be dead due to haveing a county singer celeb in my family....hes my cousin..

1. ANYTHING by Disney, ESPECIALLY the Jonas Brothers.
2. anything that sounds AT ALL like it came from Disney.
3. a lot of rap. not all of it mind you, but a lot of it. especially the stuff with no message that's just about girls and cars etc... i hate that. and it really gives a bad name to the few good rap songs out there.

Country music isn't that bad, I prefer it over alot of rap music actually. I like Rascal Flatts and Taylor Swift, as well as Zac Brown Band and Keith Urban. I do hate artists who think they sound good, but in all honesty, they suck........BADLY! lol.

I can't stand rap. It's all just horrible. I know that a hideous generalization, but so much of it is. Plus lyrically it is just pitiful. But yeah, Jay-Z, Kanye West, Lil Wayne(and all the other "Lil whatevers"), PitBull, itr's all just terrible. Plus people like Jay-Z and Kanye are so hideously arrogant, when in reality they totally use other people to get their sucess. Jay-Z can't realease a hit that doesn't have Linkin Park or Rhiana/Kanye in it. And Kanye's not much better unless he's on Autotune he needs someone to prop the song up(notably Daft Punk or Coldplay). And don't get me started on Flo Rida who just steals old songs and does a really bad cover of them half the time.

Haha beyond rap A LOT of Pop music is pretty painful these days. It's all so lyrically pathetic too. It's just ugh...

While I personally am not a huge fan of Gaga's music, I give her credit for being able to actually sing and write her own music. That's more than people like Britney Spears(who needs a tonne of autotune on her voice and has like nothing to do with the creation of her songs) can say. Plus it's kinda cool that Gaga brought that electro danceytrancey sound back into pop music.

The only band I can't stand is "Bullet for my Valentine".
Everytime I hear the song "Hearts Burst into Fire" I just want to smash my head against a wall.

It's quite interesting though, nearly everyone here likes the same genre...

Really? Haha Hearts Burst into Fire always sounded like it'd be one of the less likely to annoy people as far as BFMV tunes go... What about it annoys you so much? Personally, I'm not a huge fan, but I kinda liked it... XD

Eminem is the ONLY rap artist I can stomach. His songs are pretty funny! XD

I really can't stand Slipknot, though. They tune their guitars all the way down to "Drop A", and I"m pretty sure half the time they're drunk. The lead singer also sounds like he's taking a dump.

I've thought of Pearl Jam as more underground than grunge...when I think of grunge I think of Nirvana, and they don't really seem to fit together

You know how words and sounds can make you think of certain places?

The Foo Fighters are the only good grunge band as far as I'm concerned... Nirvana was pretty cool, too, actually. Funny enough, they both have something to do with each other.
