The idea works but instead of letting all members place votes get 3 or more members (whether they be mods or not) and they will be judges

Yeah i like this idea. It seems a bit more fair. Although maybe you should make it that people who have entered a contest can't vote at all for that contest because they might just vote for the ones that they know wont get any votes instead of the ones they like and this might not be very fair.

you could start a new thread! and close the last one so noone can see it!
in dah new thread create a poll with the taglines/comments or show the pictures if its art or bannermaking BUT DON'T LET US SEE WHO DID THEM! that way no popularity!!!
unless its art... i can tell if its drawn by Yahoo Razz SFRB or Pip... but thats not the point!
just throwing in ideas!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds pretty good, democratic and fair to me. The only little problem I can see would be that the vote could become based on popularity (voting for best friends) rather than entry quality, (like Ontels said) but I think it would be minimal, and it looks like a pretty good system despite that. Maybe we, as voters would have to write a justification or reason for our votes or something? Meh I dunno. I like this idea though.

yeah i agry cause i know many people that dislike me on the forums and chat everyone almost everyone on chat hates me even spyrorocks hates me so i say it isn't a good idea

It's an ok idea but like raven said people might just vote on for thier friends just because they are friends and not because of the actual entry for the contset.

i agree! it would make things more interesting for everyone and more fair. if one person votes they will probably choose the first person they see instead of letting everyone else say what they think. 
live does not truly begin till you find out what you can do.

Um... Yea this just poped back up out of random... or from the obiss of forgotten threads. But honestly I just restarted the Contests threads back up. And alot of you prolly hadnt seen the first one i made since Spyro hasnt posted any for over a year, i was going to carry on the legacy. But i have a second contest up.
