The Spyro Timeline (Insnc to LoS)

This is the timeline to have Insomniac Games before The Legend of Spyro Series.
This timeline is still in development. I decided to throw out what I have so far. Still in evolution stages because I just LOVE detail.

These years will go in the same format as Ratchet's Spyro Timeline (Well that is without After Crystallation and Before Crystallation)

The actual years will start after the evolution, banishing, new species, yadda yadda. Those years will be BInsnc (Before Insomniac) until otherwise marked as Y (Years).

Just like Ratchet's these years will be translated as follows: 1 year = a dragon year = 5 human years.

The Spyro Timeline(Insnc - LoS)

BInsnc
100,000: The first dragons start taking foot on land. They are unable to breathe fire or fly.

71,000: Dragons grow wings and are beginning to start gliding.

68,720: Dragons start spitting little sparks of flame.
Dragons begin to fly and right now do not have their own language.

63,480: Dragons now breathe fire on a regular basis and start gaining longer lifespans. Right now they can only live for 8 years.

59,873: Dragons begin developing a complex language. They now live for 17 years.

53,499: Dragons begin experimenting with magic.
The dragon language is now developed, but like any other language, it is still technically evolving.
The first speedway competition is born. It is held in a place called Wizard Peak, but it need constant cleanup.

51,001 Dragons now can conjure things like water with magic.
The days with Wizard Peak as a speedway end.

49,874: Dragons meet the first fairy.

47,915: Fiaries now trust the dragons enough that they introduce them to the other magical creatures around the Forgotten World.
Dragons now live for 32 years.

42,624: Dragons now start teaching the hatchlings magic at a earlier age than ever- Just 2 years. This makes for more magical development.
Dragons now live for 36 years.

36,260: The first gnorc evolves from a frog after a magic trick at a magic show goes wrong. The dragons banish it to the Dragon World after it shows violent behavior.

28,700: Being around magic has made the lifespans of a dragon skyrocket. Dragons now live for 58 years.
The Forgotten World starts absorbing magic.

21,800: The giant lizardis start to become common.
The Forgotten World is now saturated with magic.
Dragons now live for 64 years.

Comments please. Please point out any irregularities too. I made this up in about 20 minutes. So... tongue

what the.. hmm last time I checked, dragons of myth live for over 1000 years.

I was thinking they did not just start out at living at 1000 years. Just like how they did not just pop out flying. wink

ALOT of speculation here, I guess i should remove the "vanguard" from mine anyway. But overall, looking nice. Insomniac Games legend could definitely take place before TLOS.

Sorry I have not updated. I have been sick a couple of days and I hope to bring a update to the timeline soon.

Yea there is alot of speculation. We do not know how dragons evolved, but we can create a colourful imagination of it.

Lizards evolving + No humans to stop them = Dragons. Thats how I see it.
If dinosaurs didnt get wiiped out and continued evolving = Dragons.

If your talking real life, I think dragons did in fact live at one point on this earth. Consider for a moment that about 90% of all ancient cultures had a depiction of a dragon. These people COULD NOT HAVE COMMUNICATED WITH EACH OTHER.

Actually if there was no KT event, Rapters would have been top species. Not us. hahahahahaa
