An odd glitch in Spyro 1 and A question about AHT

I dunno if it's just a random thing that happened, and it was probably just the disc was scratched, but in the peace keepers world on the way to dry canyon (I think, anyways), after counting my gems, the game just stopped and all it showed was a front view of Spyro flying in the air, just....floating there. It kept on so I just gave up waiting and stopped playing for the time.

It was odd, and I thought I'd just mention it.

Also, with my AHT save, where I have several of the extras earned from collecting eggs, I can't access any of them. I tried both memory cards, and still have my best save with a lot of the eggs, and nothing works. I probably just forgot how to get to the extras the right way, but I dunno. They just won't show up. Any ideas on what's wrong?

Sorry if anything sounds confusing. If I made a mistake, also, correct me. Please. I'm not on earth at this moment.

i have the same issue with my AHT!!! i always go to extras and theres nothing there event though i have loads of extras!

Gewd grief, that is annoying, that glitch. I wanna just stab it with a fork until it goes away... I have a whole bunch of the eggs collected, and the full concept art/flame/ember sets collected, and I can't access any of that. The menu just...stays greyed out.

I never had a problem with anything like that, but then again I never even touched any of the special features until I had collected all the eggs... Maybe that's it?

....I hate that glitch it happens after i start a new game and save it... try playing in a completed game file then save then go back to extra's see if that works.

Maybe you should try copying the completed game onto another file?

Perhaps that could work, it might just be that one data block type thing on the memory card. I'll try when I get the chance. Hopefully it fixes the glitch. Though it's not a fully completed, it's far into working and near completion. Should I just work on trying to get the rest of the eggs/light gems first?

My problem as well. StD is very fragile. Stopping at Icy flight and Alpine Ridge, or even when flying to Dream Weavers. Scratches is what they are.

THE SAME GOES FOR RR AND YotD. In both of the games Spyro flies into the portal, then disappears "behind" the level background. Mostly, it then suddenly starts working again, but sometimes it doesn't. Unlucky me, I lost thousands of gems with these crashes.

The only thing you can do without buying a new one is lasering it at a good game shop. They'll remove the upper CD layer and remove the scratches, making your game good again (if the scratch is not too deep).

I fixed a lot of games with this, EG: CB2, StD, RR, R&C3...
