Malefor's new life

Okay here is the other fanfic I am working on xP

Chapter 1:
A new Malefor:

“I’M IMMORTAL!” yells the evil purple dragon as he fire his convexity breath towards the purple dragon and the black dragoness.
“Hold on” shorts the purple dragon to the black dragoness while their fire there own convexity breath against the evil purple dragon.
To Malefor’s surprise was they stronger and he got hit hard in the head of their beam and he fell down to the ground.
“We… did it” said Spyro relived that it was finally over, or it almost was… the world was still breaking apart at the very moment.
But something weird happened… they saw a bright purple light came from Malefor and he started to… shrink to he was at the same size as them.
“What happened?” asked Cynder confused as she saw Malefor like that… he still had all his features but he still looked different… much younger.
Spyro sensed something different too… the evil aura that he could sense while the fighted against him was gone now.
“Take him Cynder… I don’t know what happened but I’m curios to find it out” he said and Cynder looked a little oddly at Spyro at first but maybe he was right so she took the evil purple dragon on her back.

All then happened as planed… Spyro saves the world and Cynder says that she loves him in the end…

They slowly open there eyes and finds them selves at the meadows in Avalar.
“We’re back…” exclaimed Spyro and looked next to him to see Cynder and the new looking Malefor lying on the soft grass.
“Finally is all this over… but what about him?” asked Cynder and pointed at Malefor.
“I don’t know… something inside me told me to save him” he said and then looked at Cynder.
“By the way what did you say?”
“What do you mean Spyro?” asked Cynder a bit confused.
“Before I saved the world… you said something” he said and looked into her green eyes while it was clearly that she was blushing deeply.
“Err… um… I-I said…” she said nervously and looked into his purple eyes.
“I know what you said… and I feel the same way Cynder” he said with a smile and moved closer to her head to give her a kiss… but he heard something there made him snap out of it.
“Avalar!?” said a voice near them and they both looked to see that Malefor was awake and looked over the meadows.
His voice wasn’t anymore that dark sound there made them shiver every time he talked… this voice was more clam and actually sound pretty nice.
Malefor then looked behind him and saw the two dragons.
His eyes as also changed, they was no longer those evil looking yellow eyes but more a dark purple and more friendly looking eyes.
“Who are you two? And what am I doing in Avalar?” he asked confused.
“Um… you don’t remember?” asked Spyro.
“Does it sounds like I do remember?” growled Malefor but he then looked closer to Spyro and he looked surprised.
“Wait a second you’re a purple dragon too!?”
“Um… yeah I am… it looks like you have lost some of your memory” he said.
“I remember fine… the last thing I saw was a dark looking stone and then I passed out… and now am I here in Avalar!? By the way here looks a lot different” said Malefor as he looked around again.
“Oh so it wasn’t himself there made him to the dark master” said Cynder surprised.
“Dark master? Who is that now?” asked Malefor there now had his focus on the two dragons again.
“Um… you” said Cynder.
Malefor looked oddly at her.
“Hahaha you must be joking… I’m not dark or a master, I‘m just a special dragon there can use more elements then one” he laughed.
His laugher have also changed a lot, it wasn’t anymore that cold evil laugh he normally made but one there was actually really nice to listen to.
“No we are not joking… look… after you touched that dark-stone-thing then must you have been corrupted or something” explained Spyro.
“And why do I have to believe that?” asked Malefor.
“Because you almost killed us just a few moments ago” growled Cynder.
“You have no prove” said Malefor.
“Or we have… but it isn’t going to be a nice prove for you” said Spyro with a sign.
“What do you mean?” asked Malefor a bit confused.
“Everybody in the world fears you… we can just take a little walk in Warfang and then will there be panic” explained Spyro and Malefor looked again oddly at him.
“Are you two serious?” he asked as he slowly started to believe them.
“I’m sorry but yes it is… 10 generations have passed since you became evil” said Spyro and Malefor’s eyes widened.
“10 generations!!!”
Spyro then nodded and Malefor looked sadly at the ground.
“That… was a long time… and everybody fears me because they think I’m this ‘dark master’?”
“I’m sorry but yes… but maybe can we change it… if you want to?” asked Spyro and gave him a smile.
“Well… I have noting else to do… besides I’m curios to see what have happened in all this time” said Malefor but still had a sad face.
“Come… we will explain all what we know about you while we fly” said Spyro and then took flight… short after did Malefor take flight and then Cynder in the end…

How will Malefor live this new life and are he really good now?

Chapter 2:
Back to the temple:

While the three dragons flew towards Warfang then explained Spyro and Cynder about all what they know about Malefor to him.
About how he had corrupted Cynder and used her to get free from his prison in convexity.
How he had made a army of apes and used them to kill all other dragons in the realm.
How the last battle was and how it ended.
After all that information did Malefor feel even worse of what he had done.
“How could I be… such a monster?” he asked himself and didn’t know if he should believe them or not.
“I know it must be hard… but that is how it is” said Spyro and felt sad about him, as he was like now then did he sound as a nice guy.
“I’m sorry for all the trouble I have put you two though… especially you Cynder” said Malefor with a sign.
“Yeah… you did ruin my life but I can forgive you… it looks like you wasn’t yourself” said Cynder and gave the purple dragon a smile.
“Thanks… it means a lot to me” he said and replied the smile.

After some time with flying then could they see Warfang and Malefor’s eyes widened.
“Wow the city have changed a lot”
“Yeah after 10 generations must there have happen a lot” said Cynder.
“But I wonder how people would react when they see you” said Spyro a bit worried of how Malefor would feel.
“Yeah… maybe is it best if we don’t do that… I do believe you know after I have seen the city” said Malefor with a sigh.
“Well we could just go back to the temple and try to explain it to the guardians” said Spyro and thought about that idea.
“The dragon temple?” asked Malefor.
“Um… yeah” said Spyro and looked at him and noticed that he had a surprised expression on his face.
“I have never been inside the temple… only the most worthy and the elders could enter”
“Oh I see… well then be prepared” chuckled Spyro.

The flew over the city and towards the temple, luckily was the people in the city busy to look up and see three dragons flew over them so no one noticed Malefor.
They landed at the entrance to the temple.
"Phew looks like nobody noticed us” said Spyro relived that it had went so well.
They then walked inside and heard a loud scream.
They all three froze and looked around to find out where the sound came from.
They then saw that it was Sparx with a frightened face.
“M-M-M-MALE-” he was about to scream again but then Spyro took his paw over his brothers mouth.
“Shhhh be quiet… I can explain but don’t scream or anything” he said and his brother then nodded so he removed his paw away.
“B-But t-t-that i-is-”
“I know but let me explain” said Spyro and then tried his best to explain what happened and what Malefor have said to them.
Sparx crossed his arms and looked oddly at them all.
“And you believe him? The evil dragon there have tried to kill us in our whole life?”
“Yeah we do Sparx and stop snapping at him, it wasn‘t his fault” said Spyro and was getting tired of his brothers attitude.
“If you say so… but do you really think he can just walk around and wouldn’t be noticed at all?”
“Um… so far can he stay here… I hope” he said as he was unsure if the guardians would allow him to stay.
“I am sorry about it all…” said Malefor and apologized again.
“It’s alright Malefor” said Cynder and nuzzled him to comfort him and it helped.
“Speak for yourself” said Sparx and flew away.
“Just ignore him… he is just like that” said Spyro annoyed of his brother.
“Okay…”
“Let’s try to find the guardians” said Spyro and was still a bit unsure of how they would react.

The came to the room where the pool of versions was and saw that the three guardians was inside and the three young dragons then walked into the room.
The three elder dragons noticed them and smiled happily to see them again.
“Spyro, Cynder and-” Terrador’s words was cut off when he saw Malefor with them and his expression changed to a more serious one and Malefor could feel the hatred towards him.
“Let me explain…” said Spyro and once again explained what have happened.
“That is amazing news… that Malefor wasn’t really evil in the first place” said Cyril, the ice guardian.
“Yeah but can we trust him? How would people react if they know that he is still alive?” asked Volteer, the electric guardian.
“I don’t know Volteer… what about you two?” asked Terrador, the earth guardian to the two heroes.
“I do trust him” said Spyro.
“Me too” said Cynder.
“Hmmm… well we can let him stay so far but I want you two to watch over him alright… you all can share the same room then” said Terrador but then something flew though his mind.
“By the way where is Ignitus?”
Both Spyro and Cynder looked sadly at the ground and then started to explain about Ignitus‘s death.

While they explained what happened then did Malefor look around.
`Wow… the temple is beautiful from the inside… but I hoped I could go outside… why did all that happen to me?´

Chapter 3:
Jealous

The guardians and the three young dragons stood in the temple’s garden.
There was a wall around the garden so no one would notice Malefor so he was free to go outside so far.
They all stood in front of a stone they have made to a remind of Ignitus, the stone was formed as the fire guardian and stood proudly in the middle of the garden.
“May you rest in peace my friend” said Terrador and bowed for the statue and was followed by the two other guardians before they walked back inside.
The young dragons kept looking at the statue and it was clearly to see that Spyro had cried, tears had streamed down his cheeks as they was all wet and he still had some tears in his eyes.
Malefor noticed that and felt guilty as it was all his fault.
“I’m sorry for your lose” he said and looked sadly at the ground.
“I-Its o-okay” sobbed Spyro and more tears ran down his cheeks.
Then did Malefor something that Spyro wouldn’t had expected… he took his wing over him as a friend would have done it… it felt weird that the one that he should destroy was acting so friendly towards him.
“Are you sure?” asked Malefor and looked at Spyro’s sad face.
Spyro didn’t know what to say so he nodded.
“Come guys let’s go inside” said Cynder there also had cried and the two others agreed.
While they walked towards the doors to the temple then did Malefor the same to Cynder, he took his wing over her but he also nuzzled her a bit.
In first was Cynder surprised and a bit scared as the one there have made her life to a living hell of darkness tried to comfort her… but she enjoyed the comfort and nuzzled back.
Spyro looked at them and he got a new feeling that he have never felt before… he admitted that he was a bit jealous of the contact those two made.
They then stopped the nuzzling and they looked at each other.
“Are you going to be fine Cynder?” asked Malefor a bit sadly.
She then nodded slowly “I’m fine… thanks Malefor” she said with a smile and Malefor blushed lightly but not so much that it would be noticed.

“Oh really? Did I also do that?” asked Malefor surprised as the guardians told more about his past that Spyro and Cynder didn’t know about.
Terrador nodded to the young purple dragon’s question “Yeah not many know it but it was you there killed the old elders in the past and after that was most of our hope gone”
“I see…” sighed Malefor sadly that it hurt him to hear that he have acted like that but he wanted to know it all he had done.
“But how can it be that I have lived in 10 generations?” asked Malefor puzzled.
“Before you killed the elders then did they imprison you… when they died then did you get catched in a prison in convexity” explained Cyril.
“Convexity? What is that?” asked Malefor more confused.
“It’s a over natural dark energy form there is both powerful and evil” said Volteer.
“I see…”
“Well I think you have got enough info for now… what about to look a bit around temple of your own?” said Terrador as he now felt more that they could trust him.
“Sure” said Malefor exactly and right away started his small trip.

After got a while did he hear some voices.
“I saw how much you enjoyed it and you can’t deny it!”
“Spyro he just tried to comfort me that’s all!”
`Um… what is going on?´ thought Malefor and then peeked in the room to see that it was Spyro and Cynder auguring.
“It looked more then just comfort to me” said Spyro there was really jealous.
“Stop it Spyro it doesn’t sound like you” said Cynder there was started to cry a bit.
`What the… is he jealous because I comforted her? Well Cynder is cute but I would never do something THAT rude´ thought Malefor and thought he might do something.
Spyro was about to say something but then did Malefor step inside and they both looked at him.
“M-Malefor?” said Cynder a bit surprised that he have heard them and Spyro felt embarrassed.
“Listen Spyro… I would NEVER do something that rude like try to take Cynder from you… I will admit that she are cute and kindly but I know she loves you and not me” said Malefor and felt a bit embarrassed of what he admitted.
Spyro first looked at him and then at the ground.
“I’m sorry Malefor… I… I don’t know what I was doing”
Malefor walked to him and took his wing over the purple dragon like he did some time before.
“It’s alright Spyro… You was just jealous and we all have that at times…” he said and sighed a bit.
“I guess so… have you also…?” asked Spyro and looked at him as the sigh he made gave him a clue that he maybe had.
“Yeah I had… a beautiful young dragoness I know was in love with another dragon… but I loved her so much but she didn’t like me more then just a friend… and I was jealous all the time” he sighed.
“Ow that is a hard one” said Spyro and felt bad for him.
“Hey… go down and get something to eat… me and Cynder will come in a moment” said Spyro with a smile to Malefor and he agreed.
When he walked a bit outside then did he heard a few sobs.
“I’m sorry Cynder… can you forgive me?”
“Of course Spyro”
Malefor then smiled and kept walking.

Chapter 4:
Rose

A few days passed and Malefor got more used too the temple and those who lived in it.
The guardians didn’t glare so much at him anymore and they started to respect him… a little at least but it was enough so Malefor felt comfortable to be near them.
“I wonder how it looks like outside…” sighed Malefor and looked at the city from a balcony.
“I understand but people would just freak out and panic if they saw you” said Spyro there could feel how hard he had.
“Its just unfair… I want to hang out like in my own time”
“So you had a lot of friends?” asked Spyro and found that part interesting.
Malefor looked at him with a more sad face then before.
“Well… I… no I didn’t had any friends” he sighed deeply.
“Why?” asked Spyro there now felt sorry for him.
“Everybody thought I was a freak because I was a purple dragon… even after I found out that I was a special dragon there could master more then one element then did they still pick on me”
“Lame… there is noting wrong to be a purple dragon… it is just a color” said Spyro.
“Yeah… plus that there was this… girl…” said Malefor and started to blush a bit.
Spyro noticed and tried to hold back his laugher as he found it funny that the dark master had a cruse on someone, but he hold it back and then asked:
“Who was it?”
“Her name was Rose… and she looked like one… she was so beautiful that it is too hard to describe her” said Malefor and kept the blush on… but it then fainted away as he realized something.
“But I guess she is gone now…”
“I’m sorry but I guess your right… she couldn’t survive all those years and if she was alive then would she be a bit old for you by now” said Spyro and somehow tried to cheer him up but it didn’t help so much.
“Thanks for trying Spyro… but it doesn’t help so much… I will never find one like her and share a beautiful relationship like you and Cynder have” said Malefor and Spyro then blushed a bit.
“Don’t be so hard on yourself… maybe can we disguise you somehow” said Spyro and thought about how they could do that and Malefor thought with him.
“A spell maybe?” asked Malefor.
“Maybe… but then wouldn’t the girls know how you really looks”
“Wouldn’t that also be best if they didn’t see me as ‘the dark master’?” said Malefor with a sigh.
“I’m sorry Malefor… I didn’t mean it that way”
“That’s okay… I know you wouldn’t… you’re the first friend I ever got” said Malefor and smiled to the other purple dragon there blushed a bit and also felt a bit awkward that his worst enemy saw him as a friend.
“Your welcome… you aren’t so bad when you starts to know you” said Spyro and returned the smile.
“Thanks… it means a lot to me… I have always felt so lonely… it was only my parents there loved me… or only my mother actually… father didn’t want to show it so much of fear to bullied himself of the elders” sighed Malefor yet again.
“Hey let’s stop to look at the past and then look at what happens now” said Spyro with a smile.
“Yeah I guess your right…”

Spyro and Malefor kept talking for a bit and then did Spyro get an idea… they could sneak out at night, when everybody is asleep then could Malefor see the city… but not look out for any new friends sadly.
So it became night and when the guardians and Cynder was asleep then did the two purple dragons sneak out.
“What about Cynder?” whispered Malefor.
“Let her sleep… She needs it” whispered Spyro back and then they finally came outside and then ran to the streets.
Malefor looked around at the new look of the city he used to live in.
“Wow… so much have changed…” he said as he looked at the hours’ and towers.
But they then came to a ruin and looked closely at it.
“What happened here?” asked Malefor.
“Well… your army almost destroyed this part of the city” explained Spyro a bit darkly and Malefor sighed.
“I see… well let’s move on” he said as he didn’t wanted to talk more about what he had done.

Then suddenly out of nowhere did they hear a scream.
The scream clearly was a females and it sounded like she was in trouble.
Malefor didn’t wait to act and used his wind powers mixed with his electricity powers to move with great speed towards the sound and leaved Spyro surprised.
“Wait Malefor!? … *bleep* he are fast” he said amazed and then ran after him the best he could.

In a ally was a dragoness lying on the ground with tears in her eyes… right in front of her was a green dragon there smirked at her.
“Hold your breath to later… your going to need if after I am done with you” he grinned as he have repaired to *bleep* her and she screamed once again.
“HELP ME!!!!!”
Then like a bolt of lightning did Malefor stood behind the green dragon some meters away, he was covered in shadows so the two dragons couldn’t see him well.
“Leave her alone!” Said Malefor and then the green dragon turned around and smirked again.
“and if I don’t want to?” he asked coldly.
“Then am I going to kick that butt of yours” said Malefor.
The green dragon smirked again and then charged towards the purple dragon but Malefor used his fire breath to make the green dragon to back off.
“Ha! Earth beats fire” said the green dragon and then blasted a powerful earth missile towards Malefor.
Malefor then used his wind powers too stop the earth missile and let it fell to the ground.
The green dragon looked oddly at him.
“Oh a hybrid… well your still don’t stand a ghost of a change against me” He grinned and then charged towards Malefor again.
`I better try with combat then´ thought Malefor and also charged towards him.

The fight went for a while and then Spyro came to the ally and breathed heavily as he was out of breath.
He peeked inside and saw Malefor fight a green dragon he know very well.
`Oh *bleep* it is that bully again… I hope that Malefor can take him on´ he thought and watched at the fight.
Malefor then beat the green dragon with his own earth powers and the green dragon then ran away.
“You haven’t seen the last of me!” he yelled before he was gone.
Malefor then went to the dragoness and luckily for him was he still covered in shadows so she wouldn’t know who he really was.
“T-Thank you so much…” she said and smiled towards him but then Malefor noticed something and looked like he have seen a ghost.
“Rose!?” he said in surprise as that dragoness looked exactly like the girl he remembered from his own time.
She was a pink dragoness with darker pink spines and she had two yellow horns, her wings was yellow with a membrane as the same color as her spines and she wear a read scarf.
“H-How do you know my name?” the dragoness asked confused and looked oddly at him while she got up.
A cloud then removed from the moon there was shining down at them and she could now see her hero but she got very surprised to see a young looking purple dragon.
“W-Wait… y-you are…” said Rose and backed off a bit.
Malefor sighed sadly and then turned around to leave… he passed by Spyro and whispered to him:
“Let’s go back…..” his voice was truly sad as the one there looked like the one he loved saw him as the monster he have been.
Spyro nodded and they walked together home.
`Hmm… I wonder if the Rose he know is an ancestor to that Rose we saw before… that could make sense I think´ thought Spyro.

Back at the ally was Rose still really surprised.
“I-It was M-Malefor… but he saved me… why?” she asked herself as she felt a bit scared and confused.
“I-I better got home” she said and walked towards her home.
