Short stories about anything

I thought I might drop in to say hi.

Anyway, I am not sure if any of you remmember but I talked about a book I was writing. Any one here want to share their writing? I want to see short stories for now because chapters from two or three people would be a little confusing.

I might make another thread for my book but I want to see what happens. I know not every one here likes my opinions. I will not give out names so don't ask.

Sorry, brother. But I have no stories to share. But if they were stories
about something that happened recently or is happening at the time, I will
most likely have something to share.

I would love to but mine are in chapters and it's a romance and not many people would read one of those on here most likely.

I have one, but it's not a short story, it's a full length one, you know, novel length. Plus it's pretty dark and powerful with language and blood... O:) So I'd like to post it but I don't think an age 16+ story will be accepted. Sorry.

I have one but it's dark......

In a vaccant apartment, two girls were hiding from a creature that was stalking them. They say the creature only stalk in the darkness, but in the building they were in, there were'nt any light bulbs NOR stitches to turn the lights on. The two girls, Mira and Lil, sat there in a corner, facing the door with no lock. They only hope it won't find them in there.

" Mira, I 'm too scared to leave from the apartment....It's in the hallway. I hear it's foot steps. I saw how it looked" " D-d-don't worry, L-l-lil. We will get out of this building a-a-alive. Let's hope it don't find us in t-t-t-this place. What did it look l-l-like?', Mira replied, studdering in fear.

" It was all black with a large mouth...I didn't get a good look at it though. It was in the dark part of the halls where the light never touch.....I was just standing there, playing with my doll....and I saw it, a figure that stand 9 feet tall. It's mouth was drippping with siliva and it's fangs were rotten. It didn't move. No. It stood there, watching me even if it did not have any eyes. Then, the light above me flickerd on and off. Everytime it flicked off, It was flinching, like it was waiting to strike.....Mira, did IT ate mom and dad?..And everyone who was in this city?."

"I don't know, Lil".

" Is it watching us from the other isde of the door?......", Lil cried.

" I'll go check". She looked through the peak hole and saw him standing there. Everything was pitch black, only a pearly white smile showing ". It's a good thing IT don't know how to open doors...It's just standing there."

" Mira, make it go away."

" Lil, I can't.....Theres nothing we can do."

"What must we do?."

"We should stay here forever...Till we die in peace. Theres no one living in this city....," replied Mira.

And so, they did stay in that apartment til the end of their lives. Only skellitons sitting side by side. It opened the door and walk to the skelliton with a DOLL in it's hand. It picked it up and walked away with the doll.

It didn't want to hurt them or eat them. It just wanted her DOLL
