To me it seems more like something that encourages people to spam. NeoSpyro, im sorry, but in my eyes this kind of encourages Spamming just to get gems. Gems ought to be eraned for posting to "topics" that have meaning other then post anything to get gems.
I am a starting artist and video editor.
