philadelphia mailman is arrested for stealing 2200 gamefly games
A former philadelphia postal service worker had stole those games and has been selling them to gamestop. When he was arrested he had over 100 gamefly games in his van with and lots of gamestop recents. He got 12-18 months in federal prison. The games were worth $86000.
What I want to know is why gamestop? Thats like the worst place to trade in games and they give such a small trade in value.

Harder to trace perhaps. Some places request a certian amount of ID. In australia you need 100 points of ID to sell something at some stores (Driver license = 50, passport = 50)

And the GameFly vs. the US Postal Office rages on! XD (at another place)
I suspect that they tracked down that guy's progress after repeatedly selling his "used" or to paraphrase, "stolen" games into GameStop after so much times.
In my world, I believe that there are many, many ideas that are waiting to be created; by inspiration, renewing an old idea, or just by accident.

So that's where those games went... I always wondered if this sort of thing would happen.
Oh great, my lighthouse is on fire again, be right back...

It does suck for all the subscribers there that were wondering why there games never arrived. but still 2200 is WAY overkill.

I want to know why not keep them? If he wanted free games, just keep them. But i wouldnt have the guts to even do that with one game like that..... but if i was that weird minded, i would have just kept them if i was him....

He was selling them to get consoles at gamestop. But yeah what point is there to owning a console if you can't play games on it? Well unless its a ps3 then you can use it as a blueray player.

$86000, holy God!
