Easily photo shopped. And as you say they are not, then pretty much I dont think Razz agreed to allow some one to put her art into a video like so. There is nothing for her to gain. And for another its pretty stupid. Why cover the billboards with images off the internet? If the artists didnt agree thats illigal distrabution of their artwork with out permission if i am mistaken. And putting them into a game or video counts. And i know razz adds a copy right to her art work. She signs it.
But one thing i dont get here. You sound like you found these pictures. The thread name is "What the ?" And in your first message you posted Spyro in grand theft auto 3? But what im getting at is you say you dont have photo shop, so why are you be trying to defend your self when at the very begining of everything your sounding like your surprised? That makes me wonder.

Forgive me if im sounding like im accusing you, but none of that makes any sence. I mean i would totaly understand if You started from scratch and build a buster sword in oblivion, but That was hand redesigned instead of a simple copy and paste like this mod shows.

i totally agree. those are Razz's Pictures. Why would they be on a game? ;o Seriously. Its been Photoshopped or with another thingy like photoshop.

And another point..... Why play GTA3 and waste your time with moding the heck out of that when there is GTA4 out...... Im sure they have some acctualy decent mods...
