The Rule of Thumb

In almost any case, the thing you see/play the first is generally the one you think is best. I saw the resident evil movies before playing the games, and the games suck now. I played the LoS games before the original Spyro games, and now the trilogy is better. Which did you start with, and which do you think is better?

I played the Original Spyro before TLOS and the two games in between (ETD and AHT). Now, from here I can go on and on and on, about how good the original series is to the new one, but no.

Anyway, I disagree with that thought and this is why. I played Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time before I played its sequel Majora's Mask. Personally I enjoyed Majora's Mask more than I did with Ocarina of Time. It feel better and it was more engaging and you can do more objectives and side quest. Plus the feeling that you only have three days to all this stuff is quite nerve racking but a healthy reminder that you really can't be goofing off, unlike in OOT where you have no time limit.

Personally its just want you are looking for in a game. Quality, originality, innovative, adrenaline rush, puzzles, brain teasers, FPS, you name it.

I played the first 3 original Spyro first, then I played AHT and SL. I have played ANB a little, and TEN and DotD allmost not at all. I like the 3 insomniac games best, then comes AHT, and so on.
