Cynder layed down on the lush green grass, as Spyro swam around in the lake, known as Destiny Lake. Spyro smirked, and splashed Cynder. "Catch me if you can!" He went underwater. Cynder was angry, but laughing at the same time "Oh, I'll get you alright!" She dived into the lake. Smiling she said "Where are youuu Spyro?" Spyro didn't reply. Suddenly, Cynder thought she saw a black shadow cross her eyes. "Hmm, well this is a big lake..could it be those pesky apes?!" She thought. Cynder follow after Spyro, she saw him again. She charged into him full speed. "Haha, got ya!" Spyro turned around and smiled.

Suddenly, they both lost air and went up. "..I love you Spyro." Cynder said. Spyro blushed at Cynder, and charged into her, pushing he onto the grass. He smiled and gave her a small kiss.
"I love you too, Cynder." He smiled, and layed down next to her, it was getting late. They looked at the stars, until they fell asleep snuggled next to eachother.

Spyro woke up, when he heard a sudden bang. Cynder, however, was still sleeping. "Cynder! Cynder wake up please!" Cynder, woke up eyes half open. "Uhh, what's your problem?" Spyro calmly said back "I don't know what it was, but I think heard a big bang somewhere around here." Cynder growled, "I thought I saw an ape in the pond yesterday, it might be the apes.." Spyro's eyes widened, there was a lit stick of dynamite infront of him. "These apes are trying to kill us!" He knocked it away towards a few apes. "We should look around, there might be more.."

Cynder nodded "Yea, lets go." They both ran into the forest, leaving the lake unattended. Spyro smiled, "Hey, maybe we should stay here for a bit..It's not so bad..just me..and you...and you..and me." Cynder laughed "This isn't a time to bust a move Spyro!" They both kept on walking, and soon came to a large ape. "One of the big ones! Oh no! That means there is tons around!" Cynder gasped. "Come on Spyro, lets get em'!" Spyro unleashed purple fury onto the giant ape, and it was immediately killed. Cynder and spyro both got next to eachother, and breathed fire and toasted most of the apes. There was still one big one left. Cynder charged into it leaving a massive pierce in his stomache. The ape ran away weeping. "Well, I think that's enough fighting for today.." Cynder started to walk back, and Spyro followed after.

When they returned to the lake, they both sunbathed on rocks, played a couple of games of hide and seek, and finally went to bed near the lake. But, what they didn't know, was that there was a new enemy, starting to learn about them, and make plans..

Nice.... good writing but just a couple of things....

Everytime a different character is quoted start a new paragraph...

Also clarify the setting a little more (was it day, night, or morning in the second chapter?)

lol.... other than that not bad.... this is not the place to post Fan Fiction though to be honest with you if you want somebody else to see it and read it....

(Can you P.M. me when (and if) you post a new chapter?)
