Heartburn maybe?

Lately, I've been having some pains right where my heart is, only on the outside, right below the skin. It hurts to the touch. Months before this, my rib had been hurting so I got some X-Rays. Everything was normal.
But my skin right there hurts sometimes when I twist around. It feels like it's burning, like I just scratched my skin there repeatedly. It doesn't hurt me TOO bad, but it's enough to bother me.

Any ideas?

Go to the doctors? Maybe something to do with muscles, but since none of us on this forum are doctors just lisen to the ones IRL

Yeah it sounds like a muscle strain to me. But I'm no doctor so if you're still worried go and see a GP or something.

If it's an area where a muscle is, you may either have a rip in your
muscle [possibly if you work out], or simple mucle strain.

If it's just skin, then you may have a rip underneath your skin.

My reccomendation is to see a skin doctor.

I would go to a doctor cause you never know what it can be it can be the scariest but randomest thing you'd never diagnose yourself.  Like, once my dad slipped on ice, and wondered why it hurt so much, he got an x-ray and it turned out he broke his rib & it punctured his lung.  I don't thing he'd ever realize that himself But its probably a pulled/or ripped muscle. I dunno.
