Re: The Inheritance Cycle

I have read Eragon and Eldest and desperately want to read Brisingr. I absolutely adore dragons and love the Inheritance Trilogy.

I have changed my username from Justin Long Fanatic to EricChristianOlsenFanatic, so Justin Long Fanatic is my old name on this site, and EricChristianOlsenFanatic is my new one.

me to, but you know its called the Inheritance Cycle now, because when the author was writing Brisingr it was bigger than he thought so he split it into 2 separate books.

Re: The Inheritance Cycle

I have all the books but I've only read the 1st one. I started reading Eldest and got bored of it halfway through. I'm thinking of starting it again soon and then reading Brisingr (although I had a peep at the back and I know what happens...).

It's pretty cool I guess. I enjoyed Eragon and sort-of liked the film. It's just that language they sometimes speak that bothers me. There's a translation page at the back but it doesn't help. I do like the way Paolini writes and the action bits are good.

Re: The Inheritance Cycle

I've read all three books that are out. Eragon and Eldest are good, but Brisingr takes the cake. It'll be very hard to make a book in the cycle better than Brisingr.

They all, tbh, kept me on the edge of my seat.

It was a small seat, though. Very small. Actually, after, the school got better seats. I wish I had read them with the better seats.

Those seats were very uncomfortable..

Re: The Inheritance Cycle

I only liked the first one really. Eldest was boring as hell and Brinsigar was too preddictable.

Harsh, blunt, and even evil on many occasions. What's not to like about me?
