if you look at the main menu of DOTD to this the two spyro's look similar

The two positions look very similar...but not the actual design of the two Spyro's....they still look rather different....but yeah the positions are nearly exact.

Well I'm not a very big fan of this design for Spyro...the one in the movie anyways. They should keep the ones that were used in DotD....but that's just me.

Spyro doesn't look too bad in that picture, I think he looks alot better in DOTD.

Spyro's movie picture doesn't look that bad, he still has his serious battle expression he was given in the Legend series, that was one thing I liked. They kept all his colors right yellow wings, yellow horns, and of course...the purple color, thank goodness, if his colors had been altered, I probably would not go see the movie when it comes out.
Look at this way everyone, the producers could have screwed up a lot worse...and I've seen worse.
Everyone has a purpose...
and everyone has a choice...
It's up to us to make the right one

You're right there. They could have changed his colour to green or something even more stupid, so lets all be happy they didn't do anything stupid with Spyro, they kept him how he's supposed to be and that's the important thing.

Yes time does fly by so long as you don't notice it really. When you work all the time like me though it tends to pass by rather slow. I can't really complain though.
