"We have no reason to believe anything you say right now, I will trust my own eyes until it is proven that i was tricked.. In the meantime, you must go now, and begin to prove us wrong..we don't want you around here anymore ortumus...and you will not be welcomed back until you have cleared you name.."

ortumis nodded and walked away he couldnt run or fly because of the wounds and he headed in the direction of the only place he could get evidence the rock stained with blood hoping that there is a small item there that will prove his innocence

Spyro, whom (at least to Cynder) had been nodding odff.. stirred.. "Any ideas on how to get home, Mr. purple? We're all ears" Cynder said, looking sharply at him..

As it turned out Spyro was sleeping, as he slept, he dreamed.

Spyro cast about, taking in his surroundings hoping to figure out just where he was. It was night, the stars were out and shining brightly. He was surrounded by what looked like large versions of the small huts he had seen wile helping the Manwersmalls, but these were huge, 6-7 time the height of those dwellings, and these were made out of stone blocks.
Just then a creature started toward him, Spyro, struck dumb, didnâ€™t move out of sock, the creature was like nothing he had seen before. It stood up on itâ€™s hind legs and towered over Spyro, it was wearing some cloth like material, and on itâ€™s back was a long piece of the material that came to itâ€™s feet and fluttered about dramatically as if it had a mind of itâ€™s own.
The creature had what looked like part of a burlap sack covering itâ€™s topmost part of itâ€™s body [Spyro guessed that was itâ€™s head by the figure of the body] and with it, most of the marking upon itâ€™s face, but Spyro did see itâ€™s mouth. The jaws were clenched tight as if the thing was in pain or thinking about something.
As Spyro stood dumbly absorbing what he was seeing the figure nearly ran right into him, just then a voice rang out...
â€œYOU BOY, STOP!â€
The figure turned to the voice, so did Spyro. What Spyro saw wasnâ€™t as shocking, but still surprising, the thing that had made the noise looked much like the thing in front of him, but was too far away to see clearly.
Almost in unison Spyro and the thing set off towards the noisemaker. As they reached it, Spyro took in this new thing, it had winkles upon itâ€™s brow, hair upon itâ€™s upper lip, very bushy eyebrows, and was wearing shiny blocks of stuff all over itself . It held a big board with a black stone eched upon it, in the other hand it held a long stick with a sharp shiny thing at the end that it used to hold itself up as it leaned upon the stick.
As the thing with the sack on itâ€™s head drew close the one with the stick grabbed it up by the front of itâ€™s clothing and said...
â€œStealing again are we? Well Iâ€™ve let you off easy too many times for you to get away this time.â€
â€œLet go of me, or youâ€™ll regret it,â€ retorted the voice with no hint of menace.
Spyro noticed something else in that moment, the thing with the stick was taller and had a deeper voice than the other thing.
â€œOr what? Youâ€™ll hurt me?â€ the stick welding thing said with sarcasm in itâ€™s voice.
â€œYou guessed it, now let me go before this gets ugly,
The larger of the two ignored the smaller's threat and said, "Right, just come with me and you might escape the hangmen ropes,â€
The smaller thing pulled itâ€™s head back, as in fear of the last statement then brang it forward as fast as it could after a moment of waiting. Itâ€™s head smashed into the larger ones and it let the other one go, when it let go the smaller one brought itâ€™s leg up and kneed it in the fork of the legs, when the larger one bent over the smaller elbowed it the back making the larger one smash into the ground.
One this happened a group of the same dressed things came out from behind buildings and trees and attacked the poor bloke that just beat in big brute's skull.
Just then the voice of Cynder cut off his slumber with the cry of â€œMr. Purpleâ€ When he opened his eyes he say a disgruntled girl dragon staring at him. Taking that as a bad sign he looked about and stated the utmost ovis thing imaginable â€œWhat a small boat..., wher are we, and why haven't you kissed Sparks yet? You said you would..."

sparx looked at cynder who showed no sighns of wanting to kiss him wich was fine by him then he looked at spyro and said "spyro how long were you asleep you lazy lizard?"

"Now how the hell am I supposed to know how long I was asleep? I was asleep!!" Spyro said wile letting out a little yawn.
"Boy you two look grumpy, what's wrong? Did you get hurt or something?" Spyro said stupidly, as if he had forgotten the periolus excape he had particapated in.

"You want me to kiss him?" Cynder said, looking at spyro.. "Fine. "She plucked Sparx out of the air and and kissed him on the cheek. Sparx was so small , that her kiss covered most of his body. Sparx was still grimy from the lock-picking, and Cynder made a face. "yuck! now go clean yourself off Sparx... You're all covered in filth from picking that lock.. Now I have to wash my mouth out.." she bent over the side of the water, sucked up a mouthful of water, sloshed around her mouth for a bit, and spat it out again..

Spyro was mildy suprised by Sparks words and Cynders actions, he never expected her to kiss Sparks, he was josh hopeing to hold it against her for a time.
"Well now we have something in common my grimy friend, we have both kiss my girlfrend," Spyro said with a hint of merth in his voice,"but do it afain and I'll tare off your wings and make you eat them" his voice wentt through a dramatic change as he said the last words. The little voice in Spyro's head sylently rejoiced.
The beginning of the end had begun for our purple protagnist, and more things than just the little voice new it, as another was dreaming through Spyro's eyes, and he knew what he had to do if he was going to claim what was rightfuly his to begen with.
"Closer and closer I come..." mutterd the small robed figuer in his slumber," closer and closer..."

At Spyro's word Cynder hit the water outside the boat with her claw, it rose up and hit him in the face.. 'Oops.." She said sarcastically.. "Spyro that was really mean.. you apologize to Sparx, the kiss was completeky my doing, there was no need to threatebn him like that.. Frankly, between the two of you that I've kissed, I prefer grimy over here, at least he hasn't threatened his best friend anbout it.."

A few hours passed ortumis was sitting down next to the rock thinking to himself "hmm not very much evidence here just some dried up blood how am i supposed to prove my innocence when theres no evidence either way i cant give up"

Later back at the realms annie's wound was healed she stepped outside and was looking for the gaurdians

'Annie!' Ignitus said in Surprise.. You are not to leave your bed... you still have weeks of care before you can move from there..including physical therapy to regain full motion in your neck.."
Cyril escorted Annie back to the hospital wing.. "You must not leave, your wounds are still not fully healed.."

"Ya know what?" said Spyro,his voice rising," if you two only woke me up so i could watch my bestfriend lock lips with my girlfriend then have her tell me that HE'S a better kiss I'm going back to sleep!", said Spyro nearly shouting at this point, "and if eithe of you two wake me up I'll dround that G.D. bug that you seem to love so much!" with those words Spyro turned his back on them and slept.

Spyro found himself looking at the robed figure, he instantly began podering a name for it ,"Stranger, stranger something..."

Spyro looked about and saw a sean of carnage, he guessed that the bodies were the groop that attacked the robed figure but he couldn't tell

Suddeny the robed figure started walking down the cobblestone street, Spyro quickly followed wanting to get away from the grizzly scean behind him. The figure walked past little hovles that barely stood up and past huge and imposing buildings, it walked past building with boystrus laughter and bright lights shining through the dooways and windows, it kept walking untill it came upon a small doorway that was right beside a larger building. The doorway as only an in off the ground and was completly flat with the earth.

The figure pulled at a doorknob and the door just shook, the figure tried againg but to no avail, then the figuer stood back, crouched, and lepted a good 5 feet in the air. Then brought both feet down upon the door whitch colapsed upon itself. Spyro and the figure both darted in the breached doorway and found a small, baulding thing cowering in the far corner.

The robed figure spoke, "Grom, you truely are a worm,"
"What do you mean?" said the cowering thing, "I have done nothing to you, what do you want?"
"I want you to tell me what you know about the Dark Stone and the profhcy of Dragons, and for you to tell me why you told the gaurds I was stealing."
"Ok,ok,ok, the Dark Stone is an item of great power that give mysterous powers to the one who complets the Ritual of Dragon, and that's where the Prophcy of Dragon comes from..."
"Now how would one complet this ritual?"
"Well one would need to get a dragon, and the Book of Darkenss, the Book of Darkness is held by the Dahaka a creature of pure darkness made by the gods for the singular purpose of guarding all item of great power that mortals should not have..."
"Now how would one find a dragon?"
"Well, in history, only a fue sighting of dragons have ever been recored, all took place on the Island of Lost Souls, it's only called that because the empier tries to scare off all wanna be adventures, it's where all the taxes are kept you know."
"Ok, now why did you call the gaurds on me?"
"Because or what you are, your not man, your not beast, your not even devil but you are evil and you will continue to kill and *bleep* and murder unitll your master gives your lost item back", said the cowering thing whitch was no longer cowering, it was upon it's feet yelling at the robed figure, "YOU ARE A PHANTOM, THE THING THAT KILLS FOR EVJOY MENT AND FOR IT'SELF, YOU ARE NO LONGER ALIVE, YOU DIED A LONG TIME AGAO BUT YOU SAW FIT TO RECLAIM YOU LOST ITEM BY APPESING YOUR DARK MASTER, AND YOU SHOULD DIE BUT YOU CAN'T WITHOUT YOUR ITME OF POWER!!!" the baulding thing screamed.

At the end of those words, the robed figure advanced upon the other and Spyro's sight went dark as he heard the chilling screams and cries. "Phantom Stranger, that's it's name, Phantom Stranger..." Spyro spoke to himself.

both sparx and cynder were looking at spyro what spyro dident realise is that he was talking in his sleep "what the hell is a phantom stranger" sparx said with a confuesd look on his face then he looked at cynder to see if she knew

"Ortimus isn't here. Annie, he was the one who attacked you,and we have sent him away.. Don't try to find him, he is no longer your friend, for what friend would savagely attack someone who cares for him..?'"Ignitus said, causing a look of horror and revulsion to come to Annie's face. Ortumus ..HE did this to her. Anger sweeled into her heart... her friend.. had tried-to kill her..

Cynder looked at Sparx with an equally confused look.. "I haven't the slightest idea Sparx.. he may be revealing things he's seeing in his mind, or he may be talking nonsense in his sleep. Hard to tell at this point, which it is, but... We can't rule out anything.."

Spyro was keeping his eyes closed to phane sleep, hopeing to catch a bit of something he wasnt supposed to hear from those two, he had lisioned in from the words of "What the hell..." form Sparks's lips.
The mment Cynder had sopken about "...revealing things he's seeing in his mind, or he may be talking nonsense in his sleep..." he was plotting on jumping up and telling them it was just a bad dream but he held himself in hopes of more juicy gossip about him.

Cynder turned and looked at Spyro.. there was an odd expression on her face, it was a mixture of concern, caring.. and something else... perhaps sadness? Cynder moved over and sat down beside the ostenibly sleeping Spyro... "You can cut the act' She murmured out of the side of her mouth. "I know you're not really sleeping... you're nor breathing like someone who is asleep.."

"I dont know cynder looks asleep to me" sparx then flew down to the flore and lay down "and talking about sleep I need some" he then shut his eyes and fell asleep

Later back at the bloody rock ortumis was still trying to get evidence but was failing "well this is hard i guess i cant prove them wrong unless nah it wont work a vision of fire cant work or can it?" ortumis chiped off a peice of the bloody rock and started to flame it,it appeared to show ortumis being smashed against the rock," AHA thats it thats my evidence!" ortumis said with happines while chiping off another peice and started running back to the realms

Cynder shook her head as Sparx landed on a wooden board. "Good night Sparx' She said softly..'But he faking.. eh Spyro" She poked Spyro in the side and he fell off the board he was sitting and caused the boat to rock.. He stirred and Cynder saw his eyes open..

As ortumis was getting closer to the realms he thought to himself " I hope this evidence works" ortumis then arivved at the realms and went off to show his evidence

Spyro was a little peeved with Cynder at this point, not only did she like his best friend better than him, she could read him like a book [not that he is that hard to read]

He landed ungracefully on his back. Pulling himself , he swivvled his head around to see Sparks sleeping [he hoped] and Cynder looking at him with an unreadable face, "Danm, can't anything out of her without a fight, not ever her mood!", spyro ranted to himself as he tip-towed over to Cynder praying not to wake Sparks, not knowing what would happen if the dragonfly did awake.

When he finally did make it over to Cynder, he did not get close to her but sat about 6 inches away from her and looked at her, but not into her eyes [as any smart dragon in his place WOULD do].

"You do know what happens now that you woke me up, don't you?" Spyro said with a hollow voice that might of suprised him in a diffrent suatiachion.

"Yes we talk, what's so bad about that? Cynder replied.... "Look, I didn't really mean what I said earlier...you've just been so .. odd.. lately, you lash out in sudden rages, and you seem to take little things as an affront.. You practically told me to kiss Sparx just a little bit ago.. and I did.. and you flipped out...Try and Be consistent...and try and look at me when i'm talking..' She added, seeing him look away uncomfortably " show that you're not just letting what I say go in one ear and out the other..

Ortumis searched for ignitus and the others while yelling "gaurdians i got my evidence!" but there was no answer yet and continued to search for them while still yelling the same words over again until he would get a reply
