Re: Announcement

OK, seriously, this has to stop. If you have a problem with Spyrorocks, too bad; he's not going to change any time soon. I would suggest you ignore him. Trust me, I know from experience: If you get in an argument with him, you can't win. Well, you can win, but he won't acknowledge that you're right, and he will continue to argue his point anyway. It drives me insane, so what do I do? I stopped arguing with him.

SpyroIsCool, I'd be pretty mad myself if you started PMing me to correct my spelling. I don't blame him, really. Think about if someone did that to you. Wouldn't it annoy you?

Zekira, no offence, but bringing up something Spyrorocks said last year is pretty immature. I'm not defending what he said; I know it must have been hurtful. But that was a long time ago. Let it go. If you have a problem with his personality, and you really want to help him change it, don't do it by bringing up things he said on Neo. They aren't even relevant.

He has gotten a lot better though. It used to be worse, as you saw from that screenshot. He doesn't go around posting "screw you" anymore, and for him, that's progress.

Re: Announcement

Thanks for agreeing with me blueflame.

When people comment about my spelling, even when its just about a word or two, it makes me pretty mad. Its just useless telling others how to spell. I spell the majority of my words correct and you know exactly what I mean by the ones that I may spell incorrect. If you have a problem with my spelling, then too bad for you I guess. Its such a minor thing, it doesn't really matter at all.

Re: Announcement

I know SR locked this, but I must chime in. If you understand what SR was saying, then there's no point in correcting it.

Also, let's not get ahead of ourselves, here. The point of this thread is this. We have rules now that we will enforce, and that's final. If you want to have a forum with no rules and where members can do anything they want to make it a bad experience, go ahead. But we want a forum that has proper rules to make it a positive atmosphere. If this bothers you, then leave the forum. The members who want a fun forum won't want you here if you will just instigate. The rules are here, and they're here to stay.

You're welcome. Anything to stop this ridiculous debate.

I'm just sick of all the criticism that has been going on here lately, and that goes for most of you here, not just the people I referred to in my previous post. I love this forum so much, and I'd hate to see it turn into a place like DDRFreak, where every post you make will get criticised by at least one user. I'm afraid that's what's going to happen here if we don't all make an effort to stop it. Hopefully our new rule enforcement will put an end to it. I can't control what happens in PMs, but still, don't use the privacy as an excuse to criticise people there. SpyroIsCool, Spyrorocks' spelling has nothing to do with you; leave it alone. Spyrorocks, telling someone that he/she has no life, no matter how much he/she *bleep*s you off, is not setting a good example. If you don't care, too bad for you; I'm just saying you'll make a lot of enemies that way.
