I have an old Sony Ericcson Z500a from when I was in the 8th grade.
[14 years old]

It could take hammer beatings if I put it to some. Or take getting
dropped from 10-15 feet on to cement. Or get ran over by a few cars.

I've never thought that cellphones were that important unless you're always out on the move...I was forced to get one a few years ago, I don't really text or anything though...

Same here. I have a belief that texting is a waste of life unless it is
somewhat important at the moment.

Notice how my cell does not have a keyboard, just the traditional number
pad. I don't like any of the new phones. They revolve around the
teenagers that waste their life texting.

I have to many other things to worry about. and If I'm away from home I probably don't want to be bothered... My home phone annoys me enough all ready... phone rings about once every half hour here... mostly for my mom..lol

I have a really old Nokia NGage... its a "gaming" phone... i have games like tomb rider and motogp for it...

My excuse is that i never actually use phones, i mostly speak in ventrilo or in other VOIP systems.

I have a Casio G'Z one. Its a fat little **** but its the same model that the American military uses so its water proof, dust proof, and shock proof, which reminds me I once left it in my pocket and it went through the wash and it still worked.

would not mind having one, but I don't want to have texting on it.

I have one of those old Razrs from like 2005 that everyone used to have.

Funny story about that that probably no one will read: My brother and I both got phones like that for Christmas two years ago. One day my brother decided to do the laundry and threw all the clothes in without checking the pockets. Of course my phone happened to be in there. It survived, but some of the buttons wouldn't work, so I went back to using my ancient one. Then my brother washed that one in the washing machine too, leaving me with no phone at all.

So we went to the Verizon store to see if we could get new ones. I spent about an hour choosing a new phone. For changing our plan and adding a new number, we got one new phone, which went to my brother because my old plan doesn't allow me to get an upgrade until August. So my brother, who washed two of my phones, gets a new phone, and I get his old Razr.

Its way to hard to text on it besides I don't text at all but the one thing I don't get is that it has a lot of dirt traps on it and it hasn't been done in by dirt getting inside it. [yet]

I hardly ever use it, actually, it's mainly used as an alarm clock and an emergency back-up incase my ipod dies, or when I have to text my mum. She's probably the only person I text... >.<

I have one of those phones that has a touch screen from Cingular. I don't have it yet. Funny thing is we sent for it months ago and it never came in the mail LOL.
