Re: favourite movie
Yeah it's good, but read the book first so you can see how much differences are in there.

Bad move. Watch the movie first, then read the book to see the differences. People did it the way you said and hated the movie. There's a ton of difference, but I liked it though, so if you want to see the movie, read the book later...I think, it's up to you.

Eragon the Movie was a cheap rip-off of Star Wars and LOTR. Some of my favorite movies are Chronicles of Riddick, Pirates of the Carribean 1 and 2, Batman Begins, Spiderman 2, Weekend at Bernies, Monty Python's The Holy Grail, and Serenity.

Re: favourite movie
I liked Dragon Heart which is about this Knight called Bowen (Dennis Quaid) who befriends a Dragon called Draco (Sean Connery) who had given half his heart to this dying boy called Einon who then betrays him and his mentor, Bowen and begins ruling as king in an unfair and brutal way

Re: favourite movie
'The Pianist' Released in 2002. It is worthy of all 3 of it's Oscars and should have won 'Best picture' but was somehow surpassed by Chicago
It is a true story based on the autobiography of a Polish-Jewish pianist called Wladyslaw Szpilman.
About one man and how the survived the Holocaust in the ghetto of Warsaw in World WAr II
It shows the brutality of the Nazi's and the courageous attempts of the Jews.
It is moving and depressing in a way you cannot describle. If you have any chance of all at getting a glimpse of seeing this film...take it! It is the best film ever!
