Spyro theme park
Hey! I have a right to dream! OK! How would you imagine such a ridiculous [but cool] idea? My ideas are too much like Disneyland and since Activsion bought out Sierra does that mean that such a park could not be built at Universal studios? I think it would be neater if Spyro got his own park not a part in some larger one.

Re: Spyro theme park
I suppose a place where It's all about Spyro wouldn't be a bad idea at all.

Re: Spyro theme park
The most Spyro will ever be able to get is his own stand of souveneirs, and even that is stretching it. If it miraculously turns into a very popular and well-known series it could get its own ride or theme section, but I doubt an entire theme park; but this is still highly HIGHLY unlikely. Spyro would have to be in Harry Potter fame for that sort of thing. Even the Mario series, which is the most universally known game series hardly gets any recognition in the theme park business. Pokemon got a park, sure, but it was just a little fair sort of thing with very small common rides customized as Pokemon-related.
But hey, they have a guy in a Spyro costume walking around the Universal Studios park, that counts for something right? (I don't know if he's still there, it was mostly a classic Spyro thing.) I got my picture taken with him near the Twin Dragons ride in Islands Of Adventures once, so that was pretty cool.

Re: Spyro theme park
Your right I figured Spyro would not get a whole park but I figured I would throw the idea around but it would still be neat if Spyro got anything,no matter how small it might be. Also I don't think Spyro is at Universal Studios anymore I went in 2001 and again in 2005 and I never saw him so I think it would be cool to meet Cynder at Universal Studios in Hollywood.

"face palm" I can't believe they did that!

Oh my God! o_O Did you make a steam powered thought stealing machine!? Just kidding. I had the exact same thought as you. I want such a thing in California for two reasons one Universal Studios Orlando has the Dueling dragons roller coaster so they don't need an more dragons, and two I live six hours away from LA and for me that would be worth it to meet Spyro.

Even if Spyro would be popular enough for that, the ends still meet.

^I can't stand your constant complaining, but I'm not proclaiming it in capslock.
God forbid someone say something you disagree with.
Though I don't think a theme park would work out, I can't help but start to wonder what it'd be like... hmmm.

This is an open forum and you can freely post your opinions!
Yes but I don't like it when naysayers like you go out of their way to find topics they don't like and whine about it. All you need to say is no I don't think a park is a good idea and leave it at that.

Sparx's Bumper Cars!
Moneybag's Souvenir Stand! Buy a bunch of crappy overpriced items, like Spyro pez dispensers!
Ripto's Haunted Mansion!
A Wizard's Peak rollercoaster ride! (not a magic mountain rip off. >.> <.<)
And, of course, we can't forget the people that dress up in the creepy suits!

I have to agree with all of the above. It's fun and games on a small scale level, but the character itself would never generate enough momentum or enough popularity for anything like a theme park to be created. At most I can see a ride or something but not a theme park. Personally I'm quite content to see Spyro remain where he was meant to be since the beginning and that's in video games.

Re: Spyro theme park
Kazoobie, do you have a picture of that spyro costume?
(you can white yourself out of the picture if you like)
@Tornwings
That was merely a comment of randomness. If it would been trolling, it been very bad trolling. Below Grievous16 level. Basicly, if youre trolling and someone notices youre trolling, therefore says youre a troll - then you fail at trolling. And dont start saying i know nothing kthxbai.
