Right now I would say that the Cynder fanbase is far more active then the Spyro one is. Hmm well I suppose that did happen to Spyro when he was new.. The only thing I like more about Cynder is that she attacks alot faster.

Cynder was a much better character to fight with in general...It's not that I don't like Cynder I just think what they did with her and DotD and what the fans have done to the image has butchered what she was meant to be.

I actually cannot wait to play as Cynder in DOTD. Spyro is stronger, obviously.

Oh yeah I forgot that you are one of the few who has yet to play the game 0.o...but yeah Cynder is def the easier of the two to play...and her elements are much more effective at handling difficult enemies and situations.

I couldn't agree more, she was my lifeline in many cases. She has faster physical attacks and her breaths deal a LOT of damage. I primarily use poison, coupled with her long-range fear attack since it seeks out enemies. They get paralyzed and sit there being eaten away by poison XD

I ended up using only Cynder for the Malefor fight since her fear attacks dished out more damage than I could achieve with Spyro. Spyro hits harder but somehow I just couldn't deal much damage to Malefor with him without getting seriously mauled.

Cynder was def the lifeline with her shadow attacks. Especially the one that could knock just about any enemy into the air for several seconds. That and her grab attack is much more effective and turns out higher combos. Her wind tornado is also awesome for high damage combos. She's great with the heros and orcs.

Spyro wasn't bad with some things....his electricity attacks were great for dealing with ogres and heroes...and during the Malefor battle his ice tornado could do quite a bit of damage as well.

My opinion since supposidly the rights to spyro has been sold to Blizard.... Yes the company that made WOW, they will most likely make a WOW like version of spyro in my opinion.... Because those who beat DOTD knows what happens and were Spyro and Cynder are which would be most likely the world it would take place on as well. It kinda left itself in that position or it will be that something will happen were they are at and force them to do stuff. I dont know how that would work either.

I highly doubt that they would do that. Seriously, I think Blizzard has bigger things on their minds then Spyro.

Yeah when I was fighting Malefor I mainly used Cynders Fear breath because it did the most damage as far as I could tell

I think Spyro looks pretty awesome right now certainly better than the old look (in my opinion anyway)

every body please quit whining about the old games they were great and all but they are not going to go backwards with Spyro games so just chill okay >_<

There is one way that you can bring back the old games... But we all know that it won't happen...

If you want the old games back, stop buying the new ones! Seriously, almost 99.9% of all of those people who want the old games back get the newer games... Well guess what? Your weak-will caught you into the loop of business. Your so addicted to Spyro, that even if they made a horrible 3 hour long ANB remake, you will still buy it if the word Spyro is slapped onto the cover... So basically you all have 2 choices:

1. Stop buying the new games and hope they make the older ones (which won't happen because of their weak-wills).
2. Buy the game and remember that the classics won't come back...

but even if it a new game in the in the old Spyro alright

However if they design to do a other reboot of the Spyro Game than just pray that it good
but i will always be a Spyro fan no matter what they do with the Spyro Game
but i do miss the classes Spyro The Dragon

To be honest i dont want the next game to be exclusively for the next generation consoles it should stay with playstation 2 and 3 as thats what spyro started on when it first came out which is on playstation.
