Ikazuchi... I can't stand him, Blaze thought. His gaze never left Cynder, however, and his stern expression loosened. "Sieging Warfang may not be prudent at this moment. They still have too many forces. We'll have to take out, if I've calculated correctly, at most three more fortresses before their numbers are... reduced, to more manageable numbers.

"We'll also have to take Ikazuchi out. His forces are some of the strongest the cult has, and they're also skilled assassins. Most of them, that is," the scarlet dragon continued. "We have to proceed with caution. Stealth is one of his best skills, and he doesn't make foolish mistakes like his most recent assassination group against you."

Ikazuchi began to stalk through the terrain of the resistance, making certain to keep absolutely silent. "Those imbeciles... I'll kill them once the deed is done," he muttered, annoyed with his troops' failure.

((Lol, reviving the dead would be an interesting thing to explain fairly, despite my knack for it.

It's a healing ability, combining both telepathy and telekinesis to probe the subconscious mind for specific areas where there is damage, and then fully going in and using telekinesis through the telepathic link between the two bodies to regenerate damaged tissue, scale, muscle and bone, it's a slow process and not recommended for a fight, and normal psychics can do it to themselves in a fight, but it tires them the hell out after a few times.))

{{Kjakings, I feel that the healing ability you posted could help encourage people to make their characters much more mortal. Given a situation such a building collapsing on a character, instead of the character miraculously escaping or escaping with only a scratch, the writer could choose to have their character severely damaged without having to worry about their character being inactive for a great deal of time. Just my opinion though. }}

Bolting out of the forest, Drostan found himself flying toward the ruined castle. Slowly, he came to a halt, setting himself a short distance away from the area. He set himself, however, quite a ways away in order to prevent people from seeing him. He was still intentionally clumsy, and anyone looking in that general direction would have easily noticed his presence.

Currently, he was unsure of his objective. He knew what he wanted to do, but he lacked an important thing: purpose. He had no tangible reason for going to speak with them, or none that he could easily articulate. He had hoped he would come across a level of reason on his way to this place, but he was not met with success. So, there he stood, hoping for some event that may give him a reason to be there.

{{The last paragraph is a bit of foreshadowing coupled with a rant about how much I hate the way I created my character. Trying to place my character, in my opinion, is going to be annoying}}

Karnak looked at Ornlu's damaged form, and suddenly an idea sparked in his quick mind. "Ok, I have an idea, but it may not work and I could leave him worse off than before. But unless I mightily screw up in there, we're nowhere near anything fatal. I want Ornlu's permission before trying, and the best case scenario is a full-heal. It'll be a mixture of telepathy, to get into his mind and to freely access his body, and telekinesis, to alter his scales, flesh, and muscle tisue to get rid of the burns. I'm pretty sure the feeling will be anything from tingly to painful." Karnak said, turning around to face Ornlu and gently nudging an un-burned part of the dragon with his tail to wake him up. "Ornlu, I have an idea to heal you quickly and easily. I could mess it up though, do you still wanna try it?" Karnak asked, trying to sound serious and mature although he still was just a hatchling.

Ornlu opened his eyes in a tired way and looked at him. "Hey...Your not the one I payed..." he said tiredly as he fell back to sleep. He didn't hear what the hatchling said at all, as he was trying to recover.

"Then we'll have to match his stealth." Rainbow said, partly to Blaze and partly to Cynder. "There's no reason why we can't have assassins of our own. That dragon that just came in, Ornlu, seemed a good enough assassin to burn down a fortress. I have quite a bit of experience at that sort of thing too, and I'm sure some others will too. I say we take out those fortresses we need to, and that will surely draw the elite troops right where we want them." She glanced over at Blaze and Frost as she said this, hoping that her suggestion was met with approval.

"A fine idea. Just make sure that unlike Ikazuchi or his assassins, they don't enjoy the kill," Frost interjected. Her gleaming sapphire eyes locked with Rainbow's face, a stern expression upon her visage. Out of the corner of her eyes she saw the scarlet dragon nod his head in agreement.

"The only dragons I know who are more cruel and sadistic than Ikazuchi are Malefor himself, and the leader of the cult," the weary strategist added. A sigh escaped his maw, as he brought his gaze to the multi-colored dragoness as well. "Ikazuchi is the reason I have these scars all over my body; a result of him tormenting me with his electrical breath when we were younger, before this accursed war began. Don't underestimate him like I did, or it could be your most painful, if not your last, mistake you'll ever make."

Rainbow broke her gaze away while she thought for a moment. She certainly had gotten herself in for a lot, she thought about what Frost had said. She had killed before, when it had been nesscessary to protect herself. She had reacted no more than to look at their lifeless bodies and then run on. But, deep inside it had repulsed her, and made her ever so slightly nauseous. She didn't enjoy killing, but it was often nessessary to protect yourself and others. She concluded that to herself and looked Frost in the eye.

"This war is shameful in the way that it has made Dragons have to kill each other. I do not pride myself in killing others, but I feel that it is necessary. Those who have pledged their cause to Malefor and their like have shown that they either care nothing for the rights of others or thirst for blood on their talons. I do not believe I have am like this. I see myself as having to kill for those who cannot kill and to only do it for what we are fighting for."

((I'mma play Wraith now. One of his abilities is to steal the power from other dragons, killing them in the process.

He doesn't show it, but when he does this he is tired beyond belief and the transformations he undergoes are so painful he can't even speak, and there are certain dragons he can't steal powers from, such as Spyro and Cynder, and the psychics, to name a few.))

Wraith paced around his chamber and stopping periodically to mutter something under his breath, laugh occaisionally, and glare at the weak psychic in the cornerm who was very close to soiling itself. Eventually his tactics officer got bored and stood up, uttering a small gasp from his neighbour. "Wraith sir, we have better things to do than sit here all day and watch you pace whi..." The fear dragon cut off as Wraith advanced upon him. "While WHAT, Gerent? There is a meaning to my pacings, if your weak mind can comprehend PURPOSE." Wraith said coolly, his voice cutting like a knife through the fire dragon. "While Cynder and her puny rebellion gather more strength, more troops, more respect, more supplies, more POWER!" The red said, getting quite agitated now while Wraith looked on in mild amusement. "Afterall, if ALL our commanders are just SITTING here, watching some FOOLHARDY dragon pace around in his CONFUSION then-!" The fear dragon stopped suddenly, as though paralyzed, when Wraith, who had turned his back and started walking away, turned suddenly and afixed the commander with a cold look. "FOOLHARDY?! CONFUSION?! You know not what you say and to whom you say it! I think we'll need a new tactics commander." Wraith said, and the fear dragon appeared to make signs of struggling under whatever magical bonds Wraith had placed him under, and tried to speak. Suddenly his jaw opened, impossibly wide, and then his entire head exploded as a deep red ball of energy exploded from it, which Wraith then swallowed whole. "Delicious, I needed something new to play with." Wraith then said, and two new cruel looking horns exploded from his head, two large spikes exploded from his wings and a nasty looking knife slid out of his tail, and a new blood red light flared up in his eyes, like fire. "Does anyone else have any objections?" Wraith asked when the light died down and the transformations were complete.

((You'll have to be rather careful about that power... if used too often it could be considered god-modding. Able to kill without really touching another character at all can easily be labeled as god-modding.))

((It's not really kill without touch; if he has a certain power already, then he can't absorb that from a dragon. The less powers he has to absorb, the less chance of success there is. And he has finite capacity for powers, though he would have his soldiers believe it infinite.

He has to be able to absorb atleast 80% of a dragons powers to be able to kill them, and actually take the powers. That, along with the crippling tiredness, is why he doesn't use it much.))

((Would willpower also affect its success rate? Ah yes, I forgot, there's another weakness to Frost's astral projection. Since her essence, soul, mind, whatever you call it, leaves her body, it leaves her vulnerable to being attacked and killed. And if she actually succeeds in possessing another, it's still dangerous. If her victim is killed, because her mind is in their body, she would be killed as well. It's a double-edged sword, the technique.))

"Well, it's good to see you have a strong set of ideals. That'll help you avoid the path Ikazuchi and his assassins took," Blaze stated. His eyes lidded over, closed in deep thought. "We should prepare though, Ikazuchi will most likely be on his way to finish what his hapless lackeys started."

Frost nodded in agreement. "I'll set everyone to full alert. Tighten security around this meeting. We all know that Cynder is Ikazuchi's target, but he may go after the rest of us to further cripple our faction. And electricity is blindingly fast... too fast to evade. We have to be careful."

Ikazuchi continued to make his way through resistance territory, fleet of foot. Staying in one place for too long is fool hardy, I have to be swift, silent and unseen he thought. A patrol began to make its way towards his position, luckily for him they weren't the most subtle, and they were audible from a good distance. A crevice was coming up to his left side. The yellow dragon darted into the crevice, going as far back as he needed to remain clandestine from the patrol.

Celeste landed down into the meeting in time to just hear the last part. "I'll protect Cynder. While in her darkness form she had basic lightning abilities, but it appears they have faded now. I can sense a lightning dragon using their powers quite a ways away, so I can easily protect in the case of an attack. Karnak has an idea to heal Ornlu, so he's probably doing that now. Afterwards I want to keep him with me to moniter his psychic powers, but he appears to be a quick thinker when push comes to shove." Celeste said, looking at Cynder, Frost and Blaze.
