Anyways... LEt's go back on topic. Anyone exercise for 4 hours. DDR helps i agree with ya there. I hardly play it... lol

It's okay, but i like to get on topic. 4 hours is a challenge for me. I beat my Sister on DDR and lost 10 pounds lol/

The heaviest exercise I have just done was my Taekwondo sessions every Friday and Saturday for about 1 and a half hour each session, but I stopped at it eventually.

Even though I'm a bit chubby, I can play badminton in an above average performance. The only exception is my stamina - in everything I do, I get tired very easily. But I can run fast and swing my racket with a lot of force.

I love badminton! My friend and I are really good at it. We usually play each other when we go up to her cabin. We're evenly matched, so it's a lot of fun.

Å½ Â· It's practically the only 'moving' sport I really like. The other sports I like involve the mind and hand skills, so it's not really exercise.

i exasize every day about 30 minutes weight traning, i walk for about 45 minutes on my way to school and i usually cycle for about 20 minutes and i also jump on my trampoline in my garden

i love badminton as well i havent played it for a long while though the club i used to go to closed down so i cant really play it anymore, I only play it when i go to my friends and in his back yard
