How old is teenage Spyro in human years?

These games are in no way connected to the first series of games....if that is what you are referring to...if you mean in the first game of the LoS series...they already said that his canon age was 12...then adding the three years for DotD to make 15...

Yes i know, but like with the plotholes in TLOS filling them in, why not try and work out an age for the insomniac spyro?

Well if you want to try and figure it out then go right ahead....but their really isn't much evidence to help us make an assumption about his age....my guess would be a preteen age.

Traditionally, it's been assumed that Insomniac Spyro is 11. Having worked with a lot of kids that age, I can say that his personality definitely fits that age.

Does that mean, in both TLOS and the original series, that sparx is the same age as the spyros from the relative series? Because they were born on the same day weren't they? So in theory that would make them the same age.

LoS Sparx is definitely Spyro's age since they were born on the same day. Insomniac Sparx is a little older than Spyro, but we don't know how much. All we know is that, in the game manual, it does say that Sparx talked to Spyro when he was still in the egg.

You know one of my toys[a key chain from wendys] says they were 12 in TEN so the are 15 in DOTD since they were frozen for three years. I thought they would have been older 16-18 but I don't know.

Technically they didn't grow at all seeing as how they were frozen in time. The developers merely gave them the adult look alongside the changes in design from EL...and then marketed the idea that the two of them were older to gain more advantage in the market.

well first off there are diffrent theories on dragons age
some are known to live forever
others live as long as 100 years
etc etc

i think that Spyro and cynder and any others around the TLOS universe
may live to a total of about 150-229 years. and the two of them are about 15-16 to my best guess
