Help with a Girl Problem!
Ok I don't want to force this on you guys. But me and my friends need help. One of are friends like's this really sweet and shy Italian girl. He use to make her cards and she liked him back. She blushes when he looks at her and sometimes looks deeply into his eyes. Well she started going to a different school but she still lives really close to us She and my friend still liked one another. a few weeks go we went out to a Restaurant and she was there. She put her hand on her face and was looking really deeply into my friends eyes. She also had a silver ring on. He was scared becuse he thought she had a boyfriend. But she kept on looking into his eyes. We are going to go around the area and in a few weeks were going out to dinner at the same place. We told are friend not to be scared and the ring was probaly something from someone but not a guy becuase if it was she would not have looked into his eyes. Is there anything we can tell are friend to help him out so he can ask her out. They really like one another and they looks so happy together and we want to see them happy. Sorry to bother you with this also. Anyway anything is helpful and Have A Nice Day!
RIP Test AKA Andrew Martin.

Yes they have talked before. She's really shy but he always breaks the ice and talks to her. And she was with her family and a really good friend at the resturaunt .

Re: Help with a Girl Problem!
Delicate situation indeed....despite the fact advice has already been given I always love to put my two cents in anyways....
Depending on the age of friends at hand....I don't know if a ring could really signify that she is with someone else.....but at the same time you can't rule it out. I have seen that many times before where someone will give a girl nice items even if it is just a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship.
If they still have that chemistry...as made obvious by this constant staring....then your friend has to find out the truth of the matter....if he likes her that much anyways. Simple crushes are very common...but nothing lasts forever in high school dating relationships for the most part.....but unless he wants to live in relative fear of her attaining a boyfriend or just under the torture of constantly staring at her...he has to find out the truth.
Just approach her as a friend and talk to her as a friend. I wouldn't rush things to find out if she has a boyfriend....and if they start talking a lot it should come out naturally anyways...but I wouldn't just go up to her and be like..."So did a boyfriend give you that ring?....and if not will you go out with me sometime?".....girls never liked to be rushed into things...and even if they do it at first....they will feel uncomfortable perhaps later on.
All this stuff is unpredictable...the most we can do is make assumptions based upon real life situations....but friendship is always the key....and before he asks her out in anyway....they have to have natural friendship chemistry....and if that takes effect quickly...and she doesn't have a boyfriend...then the time is indeed right....but if she does have a boyfriend.....then it's another story.

Re: Help with a Girl Problem!
Well they are both 16. And they do look like they have a lot of chemistry since they both are shy. He dosen't want to rush anything eather and the really seem to bring out the best in one another. Your right Red nothing does last forever sometimes. But at the exact same time you never know. Thanks Red I'll tell my friend.

Re: Help with a Girl Problem!
Yes everything is unpredictable in life.....and one thing that I have extensive experience with is watching a good opportunity pass by....and then be questioning yourself "what if" for a very very long time. Don't let him end up in the same situation....for the worse that she can do is say no....and even if it is no now it certainly doesn't mean that it's going to be no later.

I give my word on RedDragon. He knows a lot about dating, as I do too.
Anytime, we'll help you out. Anybody, in fact. Even though this is Internet,
there are always people to help.
It is true. Most high-school dates do not last until marriage. By truth, I
parted from my 'girlfriend' today during lunch. But it was okay with the
both of us. We... [moving to the "talk about relationships" thread, I'm
