The dark side of Charater thing is getting old fast
Seriously they can not keep this up
we already got darkspyro,anti-sora,darksonic, Fox naruto, Evil godzilla,Darth vadar Ect ect oh and i forgot Symboite spider man
and i really hate the villains that go

That my friend, is called a cliche'. And if there's anything i hate more than a bad story, are (hands down) cliche' mary-sues in every freaking storyline.

It's probably done for the "OMG the good guy has an EVIL side of him! INSTANT PLOT TWIST!!!" effect....
As for the villains....as the Joker said:"This town needs a better class of criminals!"
And I agree the villains in games/cartoons aren't as interesting as they used to be,not counting some new versions of old villains....

I agree with Jackson, there is way to many examples of Dark this and Dark that. If they want to show Spyros dark sides, then they should do it with flaws in his char.. Yeah, I won't even try that word, in his personality and things like that. I personaly think that's alot better then the usual evil side cliché.

I personally feel that Megaman Battle Network 5 pulled off the dark side thing somewhat well, as the dark side isn't in Megaman already - rather, it's forcibly installed into him when he's captured.
That said, I am also getting tired of this whole "dark side" thing.
