Anyone driving yet?

Well, I decided I'd finally start taking Driver's Ed classes now  that I'm old enough to get my license. Lots of people my age already have taken their tests, and have their own cars and stuff. To be honest, I'm a bit nervous about getting in the car to drive for the first time, because I've never even driven a car out of the driveway before. XD So, anyone here have their license, and maybe a car? (What's the age you can drive in other countries you might be in?)

Maybe just talk about driving in general as well. I'm not sure how far this thread will get.

In the U.K its 17 as far as i know till you can drive a car, motorbikes is like 16 so i could get one now but im not cause i would prefer to get a mini cooper. I have driven in the past though on a school trip which was driving a land rover around a course and i got top marks XD good sign i think.

well....I've just recently received my license and it's a nice feeling. It's really not that bad the first time behind a wheel lol. Calm and collected

I've had my license since last October, and its taken me until now to get a car. The problem is I haven't driven much since I got my license so I need to work up my confidence again. I guess thats the price you pay for being lazy.
