Karate

Any one else here take Karate, Im currently a white belt, I've been doing it for a long time, but I just started going to an actual class, I've been training with my step-dad for the past year, he was a black belt and I've learned alot from him. I'm going to be getting my one stripe white belt in a few weeks tongue .

So, anyone else do any kind of martial arts. I also do weight lifting, which I've been doing everyday for the past 5 years tongue .

Well I'm in the Military and I'm a MA so yeah I do have some sense of self defense. Not Karate though. We were taught a very different style of combat techniques.

That and yeah I go to the gym at least three times a week and exercise before bed.

I have only been to Europe for a short time and to several places within the States, but I can be activated at any time.

That would depend on what branch you're planning on going into....but this isn't really the topic to be discussing that. If you really want to then make a new topic that involves the military.
