Dio fell through the volcano rolling his eyes. They could have told him the only way to get down there was to fall. The air currents were pretty unpredictable, and Dio had never been a good flier. So he plummeted into the ground at about two hundred and sixty-three kilometres per hour. It hurt. Which for Dio, is saying something. Dio slipped into unconsiousness. Well, now the weirdo parade would try and cach up to him. By all that had blood, he was ticked off right now.

OOC: Dude, those guys would probably kill you on sight. Dio only was tolerated because, in a way, he's their master.

Dio's mind slopped round in ways uncomprehensible to a sane person. The area and his condition, put together, made this happen. He was exposed to the war of the two conciousnesses. His own was transparent, but in places there were streaks of blue. The opposing conciousness was black with tinges of green and red everywhere. Dio felt dizzy. He wasn't sure what to do. A part of him howled to hurl himself into the mixture with his full strength, another wanted to run. Just to run. Another wanted to order a surrender. Dio was both concentrated and apart, powerful and a weakling, he was half of everything in this world. Perhaps more. Dio tried to pull himself in and push himself out.

Told you it was complex, Dio thought, and wondered what the hell he was on about. Some of the black fluid came together to form him. He bowed, grinning. Dio bowed back. A flash of pain, and he was him, and then nothing, and then everything. And then he awoke. His head hurt.

OOC: There should be another song soon. Please *doeful eyes that make you think of bambi, lying on the ground bleeding to death*. Geez I'm so dominant today. I'm just itching to kill something. I could stop the story now, but it seems a little premature. Although that said, I know I could make an awesome ending, the sort of ending you get once every year. Take a vote or something. Nighty night.

OOC: Sparx55, stay outside of the castle with Rainhard, Tito and Spirit. Us
4 will wait outside, fighting the battle between us and the 200 dragon birds.
Dio is inside confronting Malefor and getting himself dazed from the power
lurking around his head. Please edit or delete those posts saying you went
into the castle. Sorry for the mess-up, my friend. We'll get this thing on
track pretty soon.

Rainhard: "Well, here goes. Dio isn't here with us to help, so we have this
one to ourselves." [looks up to his enemies] "Think of me as your sniper. I
can shoot them from a distance of five hundred yards. Spirit, use your
staggering speed and sharp weapons to rip them apart. Draco and Tito,
you guys do what you were meant to do. I have not yet figured out your
abilities yet."

The four looked up into the sky, noticing that about twenty birds spotted
the dragons, and were now flying down for battle.

Rainhard jumped behind an oddly shaped boulder and started firing
focused spikes into the sky. One by one, dragons fell. Some had holes in
their head and bodies from the shots. His other allies began the attack.
Spirit flew, accelerating over eighty miles per hour towards each target,
slashing them with her claws and teeth. Blood and feathers were falling
from the sky as she cut through their bodies.

As dragon after dragon was falling to the ground, an arrow hit Rainhard in
the ankle. Luckily, a small piece of Rainhard's foot armor had blocked the
arrow's sharp head from penetrating his epidermis. Rainhard shrugged it
off, and continued taking careful shots. Bam. Bam. Bam. Each piece of
steel ripped through multiple enemies before losing velocity.

Rainhard: "C'mon, we got this... keep up the fight!" *Each shot counts ...
each shot counts. Stay aware of my enemies...*

Suddenly, three enemy dragons landed behind Draco and Tito...

OOC: [Add on to this.] Remember, this is only 20 enemies. More waves
will come. 50, 50, 100, etc. This is going to be a great scene. Keep up the
good story work, guys.

Dio finally managed to collect himself. It was difficult, and his thoughts were more foreign than ever before. Or did he? He wasn't sure, but that uncertainty was possibly his brother. No point in worrying. Dio wondered if that thought was his own. Explaining Dio's thoughts is like explaining a sphere to a two dimensional person. Not impossible, but as possible as jumping to the moon.

Dio gained his limbs, then his feet and finally his head. Dio was in control, but still...

Dio looked around. He wasn't entirely sure where he was. He was near his goal, he knew that. So he must be near, Malefor. Of course. He had made his way with some dragons (annoying ones he recalled) to the burned lands, searching for Malefor. He knew what to do now. He had to kill Malefor, simple. Difficult but simple. The opposite of himself. Interesting.

Dio opened his eyes and entered the tunnels.

Spirit launched herself at the dragons, she bite ones leg while scratching another ones eye. "These ones are alot weaker than gang dragons are.." She remarked. She was hit on her side and she fell down. She looked at the dragon who had hit her. her eyes began glowing red, she hated when dragons did that. "That was a grave mistake..." She said. She started biting him and ripping him to shreds, all that was left was a few scraps of skin. Spirit began spitting hte blood out of her teeth. "And I thought this was going to be hard." She exclaimed.

Rainhard looked at Spirit, astonished.

Rainhard: "You have entertainment in ripping their skin off? Wow, you are
brutal. At least it's getting the job done."

All the enemy birds were dead, and the four dragons barely had
scratches on them. Finally. Some rest.

Rainhard: "Here comes more. Looks like this time, there are fifty.
Remember, find their weakpoints. Attack!" *We've got this one. Easy.*

Taking cover behind the same boulder, Rainhard continued to fire shrapnel
at them. One. Two. Missed. Three. Four... This wave was a bit less violent,
because they witnessed the murder of the previous twenty. The atacks
continued. The dragons did not lose any hope at all.

"No...I just got mad.." Spirit yelled to him, dodging various arrows being shot from the 20 reamaining dragons, She flew up and ran into about 10 of the, 9 fell and the tenth grabbed Spirit's neck in a death hold, she began choking, she shot fire out but the dragon didn't even flinch! He was wounded and bleeding but he wasn't letting go of her throat. She spun around in his hold so that her sharp back spikes scraped his hand, he let go of her and she ripped him to shreds as well. She flew down to Rainhard gasping for air. "Why am I aways the one that get's choked or chucked to the ground?" She asked breathlessly. She lay down panting.

A dead enemy fell out of the sky landed beside Rainhard and Spirit. They
both looked at it for a short moment.

Rainhard: "Wait a minute, those aren't dragons, they are birds!" [Fires a
shot at an enemy] "So, where are Malefor's dragons? Do they even exist?"
[Fires another round] "Maybe the elder told you guys the wrong thing.
Careful!"

A bird flew towards Spirit, and Rainhard shot napalm at it. As the flaming
bird's body fell at Spirit, she blocked the impact with her wing. She was
okay. Draco and Tito were a few yards away, fighting the other half of the
birds.

OOC: I had to get 'em to do something. I don't think Tito is even playing
anymore, to be honest. But let's wait and see...

Rainhard: "Yeah. they are some odd looking ones. Most likely they are foreign. Malefor usually doesn't hire foreign allies. Who knows..."

The attacks continued, bird by bird getting killed. It was an odd battle,
because the four dragons were almost invincible. They thought it was too
easy, but that's what Malefor gets for making those foreign birds his allies.

Spirit looked at the wierd beasts. She looked around and her eyes went wide. "A-are those DARK UNICORNS?!" She exclaimed. These woerd creatures that resembled unicorns were charging at them, thay shot fireballs out of there horns. "This is getting wierd.." She said, rushing towards them and beggining to break necks..

Dio wandered the seemingly endless caverns. It gave him time to think, but he wasn't sure what to think about. It was so close to the end, and he felt so little. A little fear, a little satisfaction, a sort of tenseness. Hmmm...

Hours later,footsteps rang out through the tunnels. One of Malefor's servants approached, gasping for air. Dio waited for him to catch his breath, eyeing him suspiciously.
"Dragons are assaulting the castle, three or four, very tough little blighters."
"So what?"
The dragon looked suprised, "We think they're looking for you..."
"They are."
"So what do we do?" The dragon was getting very stressed now.
"You retreat, and allow them to follow me."
The dragon's eyes widened, but he nodded and turned back. It would be at least an hour before he reached the surface.

OOC: i.e. They can retreat if you want them to. You can choose when that dragon arrives, thus you decide how many you want to slaughter.

OOC: To Spirit: I wanted to make them birds, because calling them
dragons was getting wuite confusing, as we are dragons too. The way the
wording was a few posts ago, I couldn't tell who was who. If you don't

Rainhard: "I've never seen such blood and gore in a long time. Brings back
memories..." [Jumps up in the air and flies, spitting napalm at a few
enemies] "Keep it up, guys. This is going by quite quickly. Only a handful
left." [Lands back at the boulder]

Spirit was fighting when she saw Dio at the top of the castle going towards Malfor. -Oh, no! he'll be killed, I mean he wants to be killed but I don't want him to...- she thought. She ran back away from the castle to kill the dark creatures. Once she had done so she kept going, hoping to find some sort of distraction for Malfor. She was looking at this shiney rock thing when she heard growling. She spun around and saw this black dragon with red and orange color flares on him. "Who are you?" She asked, surprised, she didn't know this dragon and she thought he looked alot different than some minion dude. He pounced on her and put his claw up to her throat, ready to kill her. "What are you doing here, and who are you?" He asked darkly. She rolled her eyes. "I just aksed that!" She said, he growled deeper, louder. "Ok, fine, I'm Spirit and my friend Dio is suicidal, somehow he's connected to the evil dude who's name escapes me and I would really like you to let me go now.." SHe said. He rolled over onto his back and begn laughing. "Malfor?!" He asked, still laughing. "Yeah that dude..." She siad looking at him. "who are you?" SH easked, he had stopped laughing. "I'm Firespark...I'm lost in this barren land and don't trust anybody usually, but you seem ok.." He said. She was shocked, her mouth went down in a little o... "You were going to kill me and now you saying I'm ok?! Are yu loopy in the head?" She asked. He growled at her. "Don't say things like that.." He said, his eyes turned red. "Oh my gosh...my eyes turn red when I get mad.." She said, the red eyes vanished. "Really?" He asked, she nodded. "How old are you?" She asked. "13...young but I can't help my age.." He said. "You?" He asked. "13..." She said, she couldn't tell if this dragon was going to get mad or start laughing again. -talk about split personality...- she thought. He growled and his eyes turned red again. "I heard that!" He said.

As the other three dragons were killing off the last few birds, Rainhard saw
Spirit talking to an evil-looking dragon he has never met before. So he
walked up to them to greet the new ... enemy or ally. He couldn't tell.

Rainhard: "Spirit, who is this, and why are you wasting time talking to him?
We should be getting ready to storm the castle looking for Dio."

Rainhard was needing a break anyways, since he and his three allied
friends just won a long battle.

Firespark looked after him confused. "Is he ok?" He asked Spirit. She just shok her head and followed after Draco. Firespark came after, and Rainhard followed him. Firspark grabbed Spirit's tail. "What?" She asked spinning around. "Where are you going?" He asked. "We need to go help Dio-" "Who's that?" He interrupted. "A friend...who's loco now cmon!" She said, she grabbed his hand and started towing him toward the caslte. He followed and she let go of his hand when he knew exaclty where he was supposed to be going.
