lol ok, let's start this back up.!

Spirit had been watching, Dio's arm had emerged out of the back of the other dragon, Draco ceratainly could not be dead, could he? Spirit rushed over to pull Dio's arm out of him, she then out the leaf over the wound and let it heal up. She stared, still wide-eyed, at Dio. "He was trying to help like I was...you really hate people that much?" spirit asked sadly, she had thoguht that dio had been coming around to live like a normal dragon, maybe...she was wrong...

"I warned him. I have no mercy. He attacked me. I won. All of these things are true. Facts of life. Get used to it." Dio grimanced as the skin sealed, leaving his stomach hanging out slightly. "Uh oh." He opened his skin and replaced his stomach. He went back to the trees. And ran.

OOC: Now can you please let him get to Warfang. I'm sick and tired of being stopped!

SPirit sighed and rushed after him. -ok...this hasn't worked, he's still going to kil himself, but I'm not going to leave him until he does, that would make this whole trip pointless!-She thought. "Ok, ok I get it, I can't stop you fine, but at least let me tag along until you get your wish to die!" She said desperatly. She, for some reason, didn't want to leave him. She wasn't really scared of him anymore, and didn't care if he ever did end up killing her, she just wanted to tag along now.

"Whatever." Dio continued in the trees, until he reached the farming plains. "Careful. If they really want to kill us. They'll do it here. Number mean more here." He snaked through the tall grass. Warfang was on the horizon. Only an hour or two's travelling. Almost there. If anyone knew how to kill, it was the dragon council.

Spirit looked around the field at the dragon's, half-expecting to be noticed and killed, noone liked her power, noone liked her. And she never did anything to them. She saw the town on the horizon, -ok, about and hour or two...or three more, three if we run into complications.- She said, luckily it was about nightime so noone could see her that well, hopefully her feet wouldn't betray her and make a noise to alert everyone that they were there snaking through the grass. "You know I'm not trying toget you to not go and kill yourself, but, your sure you want to end your life? Recently you have been doing good things that a dragon with an actual heart would do, not killing me, and your getting nicer and nicer, not to jinx anthing...' spirit trailed off nto her own thoughts.

She grimaced, how much longer could she try to figure this out before he got mad? "Your breathing...and you seem to like killing dragons, you definatly got annoyed when I kept jumping on you, and you get angry...those are emotions." -I really hope he doesn't get mad now...- she knew exaclty what emotions he felt!

"I still have two basic emotions. Satisfaction and fear, remember? I've tried the breathing trick before, it just means I can't move for a few minutes. And I still feel pain, just barely." But she was right. He had anger and he liked killing. But that- "And the rest you're wrong about. I don't feel anything else."

draco: falls on the floor baldly wonded seeing sprit come colser and has the leaf "thank you" half an hour late he wakes up and sees that they are in the filed "i got to stand up to my own proplems" he said running to them he says "wait i'll come with you i must find out something for my own thats in warfang i was hopeing i woulnt have to do this untill a few years later but i must know or else i will never leave that cursed froset"

"Why won't you die?" Dio turned angrily. "You'll learn it's a blessing some day." Dio inspected his work, there were two large holes, but the blood congealed well, and he hadn't hit that vital organ obviously.

"Spirit looked at Dio and then hung her head sadly...she felt strangly attached to him, despite the many times he had thereatened to kill her he was the ONLY dragon that she had ever met that had been nice to her, Draco to. She didn't want him to die if it was indeed possible. She would definatly go suicidale if he died. -lol...no other dragon is crazy enough to need me...I guess I was and am suicidle, I keep trying to find excuses to live but I'm running out...- she thought sadly and quite emo-ish. She didn't say another thing to Dio.

She heard Draco calling and spun around. "you ok? your not still hurting are you?" She asked him, suddenly worried that the leaf didn't work correctly. She checked where the wounds were, and then she looked for any internal corruption. She was releived when she saw he was as good as new. "It's ok with me...but if Dio does end up dying, stay away from me for a while because I might kill you.." She whispered, she wasn't kiddding. She wuldn't kill him because of anything he did, just out of grief, anyone who she saw. -Whih is why I need to get a blindfold- she thought bitterly.

While those two talked I snake through the grass. An hour later, I arrive at the gate of Warfang. The guards look at Dio with wide eyes. "State your name and business!" one barked, clearly startled by the sight of a pale white youngling covered in blood.
"I am Dio, as for my business, I think that's your job to decide."
The two guards clenched their teeth. "All right, stay where you are!"
"My pleasure, the scenery is so lovely here." Dio smiled as the guards' faces twisted in a variety of emotions. How he missed emotions. In a way.

One of the guards approached him carrying chains. The dragon attached them to his feet. "All right, with me." Dio happily followed the guard. He wondered what would happen next.

Spirit looked at the big city, it was almost vacant except for a few dragon walking up a big building's steps. "It that the dragon council thing?" She asked Dio, she had heard of him, something snapped into place in her brain. "Is that why you wanted to come here? Because they exacute all these different dragons?" She asked.

She was surprised that the dragons had chained him up! What did he do to them? She followed Dio. "Who are you?!" Themeaner looking one asked. "A figment of your imagination." She replied. "What's your business with this dragon?" The other one asked. "A friend..." She replied not talking to either of them, she tried to lok as innocent as possible, both of the guard dragon looked at eachother and shrugged. Spirit didn't talk again. Fearful that they would know who she was.

draco: sees dio chained and heading thoughe the gates a gared says "State your name and business!" he shouted "draco and i'm here to see the famley of lucell the one who was murdered by the dragon concell" "you may pass but you will need a mark" he said "i already have one" he said as he knoucek out the gared and walked on thouge "5 mins only" he thought

OCC: i chose that name for the female dragon that loved draco as i coun't think of one

Dio had come back to Warfang. He looked at the architecture. Interesting. It was damaged. Oh of course. Dio looked up, he was coming near the council house. Hm. Oh here came Spirit. Just couldn't leave him alone could she. Ah well, hopefully she wouldn't try to save him.

They arrived. Dio walked inside. There was some shouting, but Dio was in a state of almost drunkeness. Nothing mattered anymore. He would go to the slaughter. It would be good, death's embrace, it was probably the only one he would ever feel. He heard singing, but he didn't care. It was almost over. This was his final day, it had to be.

He was shoved into a chamber. The doors were locked behind him. The guards didn't let the singing one in. Oh well. That was almost a catchphrase, oh well. Dio looked up, 9 dragons sat before him. He remembered one. The purple one. That one looked at him, terror in his eyes. Oh well. Dio sat.

"Who are you?"
"Dio."
"I see. Why did you come back."
"I gave up. I cannot live. I cannot die. I hoped you may be able to solve that problem."
The purple dragon stood and yelled, "By hell we will!" An earth dragon rested his hand on the purple one's shoulder. The purple one looked at him and nodded.
"You are charged with the murder of countless dragons, harbouring the mind of an enemy of all dragons, and plotting the ressurection of said enemy. Do you plead guilty or innocent."
"Guilty on the first two."
"Hmph. Well, that is still enough to earn you the death penalty."
"YES!" Dio whooped for joy and did a little dance. The dragons all had open mouths.
"The sentence will be carried out tomorrow morning."
"Do I get a last meal?"
The purple dragon growled, but the green dragon spoke, "Yes."
Dio smiled and thought of things that the prison chef would never be able to cook. Roasted star elf legs, boiled and purple potatoes and a chocolate ton. Life was good at it's end.
