Twilight Fangirls?

Anyone else annoyed at the Twilight fangirls who only read the book for Edward/ because it's now popular?

Oh, and the "emo" trend. D*mn poseurs. "I'm so dark and emo, I don't really have problems though, I just want to be cool. I try very hard every day to be emo and follow all the streotypes."
I listen to what I want and dress how I want, I don't give acare about being this label or that label.

I hate twilight and just becuase I wear black and have the hairstyle doesn't mean I want to cut my arms off while listening to the world's sadest songs.

I'm just going to say that Twilight was out of my Genre. Fantacy isn't but Fantacy/Romance. NO! they don't really mix for me... (actually romance doesn't even fit with anything. (A side love story is fine but not as the main story)

Twilight- A girl falls in love with an vampire and he eats her!!! That would be better. lol

Emos- why? that's the only question. Why do people immortalize such low scum? Same with gangsters. Why? (I'm country but here in a little town of farmers really we have a lot of people dressed like gangsters. Then you talk to them an the still have their thick country accent. lol. (i have one 2 probably))

people are amazing though i guess

but yeah. I was really creeped out when he went crazy in the meadow. And that relationship is NOT love. In the second book, Bella puts herself in danger (jumping off a cliff into cold water during a bad storm) just to hear Edward's voice inside her head. No girl should be THAT obsessed!

I combat them every day, lol. It's pretty easy to thwart their feeble arguments as to how Twilight and its series is "good literature". It's not much of a challenge anymore, but still pretty d*** fun.

yeah, the people that can only talk about twilight and are obsessed with it annoy the crap out of me. But I got the first book for christmas so i read it, expecting it to be crap, but i actually kinda liked it. But I'm not obsessed with it. I've read much better books than that.

I've never red the book, But when everyone at my school was talking about the Movie, and were going to see it, i decided to go along too. The movie was ok, It wasn't crap, it wasn't that good, but everyone else is like raving mad about it. Talking about how awesome each characterand crap is. I don't know why eveneryone is so obsesses with it....

For the same reason why many of us are into Spyro I suppose....but I really don't care. Never read the books...went and saw the movie....it was decent....but I wouldn't see it again by choice. But yeah I do get more then annoyed when my sister goes on about it.
